With over 3000sf of modern living space, this stunning vacation home features 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a wonderful backyard with a heated Pebble-Tech pool for year round enjoyment. Comfortably sleeps 8. Come and enjoy the high quality furnishings, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and a dining area that overlooks the pool and beautifully landscaped backyard. The large, covered patio is equipped with a BBQ and plenty of furniture for dining or just relaxing outdoors. A huge 2nd floor terrace, accessible from the master bedroom, provides extra outdoor opportunities for taking life easy and watching friends and family in the pool. Amenities also include 2 HDTVs an XBOX 360 and free Wi-Fi connection.
Located only 23 miles from Sky Harbor international airport and close to everything including, many beautiful golf courses, baseball spring training, Nascar, plenty of great shopping, fitness centers, NFL stadium and NHL arenas.
This house has a great location! Fly into Sky Harbor and after an easy 20 min drive West you will reach your perfect vacation destination with attractions for the entire family. The sporting opportunities are endless,
Whether you come to golf on the excellent courses within a short distance from the home or if you’re coming to see the Cactus league baseball teams (Chicago White Sox, Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds
) for spring training there are multiple fields within a 10-15 min drive. Similarly, the Glendale Arena for hockey and University of Phoenix stadium for NFL football can be reached in 15 min. The Westgate complex, adjacent to the arena, boasts a large number of restaurants and bars for pre or post-game pleasures as well as extensive shopping opportunities.
As for Golf, you are less than a mile from the Wigwam Creek resort and 10 other beautiful courses are in close proximity including, Falcon, Eagles Nest, Tuscany Falls, Raven and Palm Valley golf clubs. For the racing enthusiasts, NASCAR is 10 min away just South of Interstate 10. If you want to enjoy sightseeing then take a trip to the Grand Canyon (3.5 hours) or Sedona (2.5 hours) or simply enjoy the hiking trails in beautiful Estrella mountains (20 min). Arizona boasts one of the nation’s top zoo’s and the botanical gardens with its amazing range of desert landscapes is also fun to visit.

Great home with plenty of space

When everything goes right, it's easy to write a review. This 4 bedroom home has it all and easily accommodated 6 adults. Plenty of towels and linens and kitchen is well stocked. (Spatula and casserole dish were only things missing 🙂) The check in process was a breeze and hostess responded quickly. Lots of local amenities and restaurants. Friendly neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

Great house centrally located

House was very roomy for 8 adults. Heated pool was warm most of the time in the 80s. Pool mechanical units were pretty noisy outside of master. Unable to adjust master bath shower head which was like needles. Lots of items in the pantry to use. Lots of bulbs out! Very dusty inside. Mattresses need to be replaced except master. But very fun time for all!

Nice Thanksgiving getaway

The house was well stocked and everything in working order. There is plenty of cookware, and nice dishes in the kitchen for our Thanksgiving cooking needs. I love the big heavy duty coffee cups too. We enjoyed having Netflix on the TV and the heated pool as well. The upstairs laundry room is super convenient as well. Communication with owners was very responsive to all questions. Thanks for a great week.

Family Christmas holiday

We just got back from a 2 week stay. The house was accurately described. It was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the basics, such as toilet paper, soap, detergent. It was nice to not have to run to the store immediately, after a long day of travel. The house is very roomy and comfortably fit our family. I would reccomend this house and definitely stay there again.

Great Phoenix Visit

Property was as listed. Very spacious and great for our family of 6. There is a daily fee to heat the pool that was not noted in the listing. All furnishings and beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Location was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Downtown Phoenix was around 25-30 mins away.

Spacious Home in Quiet Neighborhood

We were visiting for spring training and this home was very convenient to Surprise Stadium as well as the Westgate Entertainment District. It is located in a very walkable neighborhood. This spacious home has 3 large gathering areas and a huge master suite. All areas of this home were very well appointed with anything you would need during your stay, including games and activities for kids of all ages. We appreciated the excellent communication from Chris prior to and during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
