A peaceful stay

This property is well appointed and close to everything (we stayed during the Jazz Festival) only 18 mins away from the venue. Quiet neighborhood and lovely surroundings. Great outdoor spaces to relax and chill.

Nice clean and comfortable stay

A group of friends came to town to watch the Chicago Bears get obliterated by the Cardinals. The game was a disaster, but at least we had a nice place to stay for the weekend.

Nice Home - Good Location

My family and I spent two weeks and enjoyed the home, neighborhood and location. House was clean and we felt very safe in the neighborhood for night walks. Pool was wonderful and the house was well equipped for cooking and BBQ needs. The Vacasa management group was responsive and dealt with a couple minor issues, and made check in and check out very easy.

Clean & Spacious

This home is very clean and spacious. We had 4 adults, 3 teens, and 2 littles with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked, there are board/card games for all ages, shuffleboard, mini air hockey and mini foosball. The backyard is private and lovely! We did not use the pool but it’s fenced and can be heated for a fee. There is a grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants. We will definitely book this home again!

The dishwasher didn't work. I reported it to Vacasa. The host offered no apology, but thanked me for reporting it. It cut until it vacation to do the dishes by hand. I also had to clean up bugs in the main bathroom. Again, no apology from the host. Most hosts would have offered a discount fur the inconvenience of the broken dishwasher, but the host here didn't even follow up with me. That was disappointing. The kitchen was not well stocked. There was only 1 big extra blanket, could have used more. Otherwise the house was big and spacious. The yard and (fenced, non-heated) pool area was nice, we didn't use the bbq. The games were exceptional (big games and board games). If you have a baby, it had extra items for traveling with a baby, including a crib.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful, mostly clean home. However the home was misrepresented when we booked it. It said there was a heated pool. There was even a review that said the pool could be heated for a fee. We were very sad when we got there, planning to go swimming, and the pool was ice cold. I called VRBO as well as Vacasa and it turns out the pool could not be heated at all. They said they would fix it online. My kids were all super sad about it. We travelled a long ways to stay here and we were super sad about that. We would have stayed somewhere else with a hot tub or heated pool had we known. We were grateful the home was clean though and had a couple games for the kids.

Not suitable for nine people

First upon arrival there were no sheets for one bed. We had to go buy some. They did refund us for the sheets but it was inconvenient. Second the pull out sofa bed is painful. The people sleeping on it had to attempt to sleep on the couch after an hour. A flat two inch mattress on bars. We had to buy a blow up mattress for the rest of the stay. Last the bathroom situation isn’t good for nine. One of the bathrooms is attached to a bedroom with no door. So it can only be used by the two people in that room. Leaving seven people to share one bathroom. The house is lovely but not for nine. It would work well for 6 or 7!
