~ LAKE LIVING ~
SUPERSTITION LAKES REFLECTIONS is our well appointed, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor condo with appealing lake views. Superstition Lakes is a gated community that features a centrally located heated pool and spa plus sidewalks that meander around the lakes and throughout the beautiful and well maintained neighborhood. The scenic walk around the lakes is 1.36 miles with picnic ramadas along the way.

The popular Superstition Lakes waterfront resort community is within walking distance to casual and fine dining restaurants such as BJs, On the Border, PF Changs and Starbucks plus a Fry's Food and Drug and Harkins 25 Screen theater. Superstition Springs Shopping Mall and numerous other shopping experiences are a 5 minute or less drive. Red Mountain Fitness Center, an 8 minute drive, has an exciting weight room and lots of drop-in group fitness classes, as well as drop in basketball and an indoor rock climbing wall.

The best of Mesa is a short commute with many public golf courses, hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, the Mesa Arts Center, Usery Mountain Regional Park, Riverview and Sloan Parks, the Arizona Museum of Natural History, Tonto National Forest and the Salt River and Tempe Lake for water recreation. Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale, Gilbert, Phoenix and the mountains are easy to visit on our modern highway system.

~ LAKE DAZE ~
Cozy seating in great room is arranged to enjoy charming electric fireplace and large TV. Sliding doors lead to a balcony with engaging views of the Superstition Lakes. A dedicated work space, complete with desk and chair, is adjacent to the kitchen and ideal for any guests who work remotely. New vinyl floors added throughout enhance home's ambiance and appeal. Cable TV and Wifi are complimentary.

The fully stocked, modern kitchen has everything your chef desires to prepare drinks, meals and snacks. Counter space is generous; both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Bar and table seating offer choices for at home dining. A TV at the kitchen bar allows viewing of the weather and news while sipping coffee or nightcaps. A propane grill on the balcony is ready to barbecue delectable cuisine. Highchairs are available to rent.

~ GOOD NIGHT, SLEEP TIGHT ~
The bedroom floor plan is split and both bedrooms have king beds, TVs, ceiling fans and doors to balconies. The primary suite has an en suite bath with a tub-shower combo and dual vanity sinks. A door in the primary suite opens to the balcony with a lake view.

Bedroom 2 has a a queen sleeper sofa, a door to Bathroom 2, a walk-in closet and a door to a private balcony with a neighborhood view. Bathroom 2 includes a tub-shower combo and dual vanity sinks. A hairdryer and soap are stocked. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

An in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to complete laundry tasks. There is garage parking for one small car and additional parking in the visitor lot near the pool.

Our comfortable, well stocked and conveniently located condo, SUPERSTITION LAKES REFLECTIONS, is the ideal home away from home and especially for those who long for sunshine, warm temps and a place to golf, hike and bike year round. Reflect carefully on what you'll miss if you don't book now before it's too late!

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 4 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of four (4).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

Wonderfully stocked and decorated home. Felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. We were able to celebrate the holidays and had everything we needed right there for a home cooked meal. LOVED the lit cactus for us to put presents under.Great location with convenient access to the community pool as well as local businesses and highway to get you to beautiful areas for hiking or entertainment. Management had good communication before and during our stay.

Wonderful Property

This property was wonderful! The space is great, extremely clean and very well stocked with everything you need. It is gated and the grounds are very well kept. We loved to go for a walk around the lakes every morning. The pool/hot tub is very close. It is walking distance to many restaurants and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this property!
