Brand new furniture, wonderful mattresses, comfy sheets, lots of pillows, soft towels, extra blankets, all the small appliances you'll ever need, simply GORGEOUS new flooring, new lighting, new walk-in showers, new glassware, bakeware, dishware and so much more! Free WiFi and Free wireless internet are provided for your use.

Amazing lake views from our patio! Open the patio door and enjoy the swans, ducks, geese, and turtles! You are just a few steps away from the lake, babbling brook, walking trail, fishing dock, and nature.

Our community has a paved walking trail around the lake that is 1 mile long. It is gated so only the lakefront communities have access to the trail. Along the trail there are benches, fishing docks, waterfalls, rock fountains, a cool wooden bridge and lots of waterfowl. It is great for a quick jog in the morning or a leisurely stroll in the evening.

We have new tennis/pickle ball courts (and we provide the tennis equipment in the condo!). A brand new hot tub was just completed in March!

Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome!

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.

There is a limit of 5 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.

Nice condo with a great view. It was very clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. The location is a mile or less from food and shopping as well as a North to South interstate highway. It was very quiet, almost felt like we had the community to ourselves. Mille had great communication over the entire rental process.

Great rental property! Millie, the host, was extremely responsive. Location was great with shopping and restaurants nearby. We loved taking walks around the lake and listening to the ducks. We pretty much had the hot tub and pool to ourselves. Quiet and very relaxing! We will definitely stay again!

Great stay in Phoenix!

Upon arrival, I found the condo to be clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Check in with the lock box was easy. One of the standout features of this rental was how well-stocked it was. The kitchen had all the essentials, including pots, pans, utensils, and even some spices, which made cooking meals a breeze. Additionally, there were plenty of towels and linens available, and supplies for the washer and dryer. The presence of a coffee maker and a selection of coffee supplies was a nice touch for early morning routines.The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and were available to answer any questions we had about the property or local recommendations.This rental was a good choice for our vacation. We used the heated pool and tennis courts on site, and the location was close to I17 so it was easy to travel to other sites in the Phoenix area.Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic!

The condo was fantastic! We book lots of condo’s each year and this may have been the nicest condo we have stayed in. Here are just a few of the great things you can expect:-Check in is simple and communication with the Millie was timely and clear. -Condo is spacious, clean with lots of amenities.-Well stocked kitchen.-Great deck with lots of seating and great view of the pond.-Three large comfortable beds.-Easy access to the pickleball/tennis courts which we used multiple times.-Short walk to the heated pool community pool with lots of seating.-Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.-Nice walking path around the pond which easily accessible from the condo complex.-If you like golfing, Cave Creek golf course is a short 10-minute drive from the condo.We had a very enjoyable stay would not hesitate to book Millie’s place again.

Place a spacious, clean, lots of amenities. Found zero traces of any bugs, the view was great off the balcony. Plenty of parking. Easy access to get in and out of. Host was easy to get to when we had questions, coffee maker broke and was replaced same day. I will book again if I head back to Phoenix.

Amazing Property

Me and my friends visited from CA and stayed at this property recently to go to the Cardinals vs Chargers game and it provided us with the most incredible stay. The cleanliness, space, calming balcony, and 3 bedrooms all with King beds ensured me and my friends all had a fantastic stay. Not to mention the communication between the properly manager (Mille & her team) was second to none. They gave clear directions on the overall property which made the stay feel like we were at home. When visiting Phoenix AZ going forward, this will be the properly I stay at!

Very nice place

This condo was very nice. A home away from home. Check in was easy. Plenty of places nearby like restaurants and grocery stores. The deck overlooking the lake was very beautiful. We loved to sit there every morning and every evening. The only thing that would have made it better would be less noise coming from the traffic. Sometimes it was very loud. You couldn't hear it while inside the condo, but sitting on the deck you certainly could. Otherwise it was amazing! Great 8 day stay!
