I enjoyed my stay with a friend. Our sink faucet was leaking but a repair man was sent out and it was fixed the following morning. The room was spotless. Our favorite experience was the heated pool and jacuzzi. Overall the stay was good.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the Tempe Hotel. From the staff and location to the cleanliness, breakfast, hot tub rooms—everything was truly 5 stars for us. When we first arrived, we weren’t completely comfortable with the room we had originally booked. Doug (head of security) was incredibly friendly and helpful and made sure we were moved to a better room where we felt happy and comfortable. Thank you, Doug! Our mornings were unforgettable thanks to the amazing breakfast this hotel offers. The variety of options is outstanding, including a fresh, make-your-own omelet and waffle station, delicious fruits, and many other great food choices. Definitely get the breakfast package—it’s totally worth it! The breakfast server, Medfigue, was a wonderful surprise and a highlight of our trip. She was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Being greeted and served by her every morning was a perfect way to start our vacation days. Thank you, Medfigue, for your excellent service. Another favorite part of our stay was the pool and hot tub. The pool view is beautiful, and there’s even a scenic hiking trail right next to the hotel—an unbeatable location. We had a beautiful, blessed stay and highly recommend this hotel!b Thank you Tempe Hotel!

I booked this hotel to attend a graduation nearby. Since the trip was short, I thought I would get a little nicer hotel and have a little getaway for myself. I decided to get a courtyard view room to have a nice view. First, I have to say that the hotel is older and it showed in my room. To turn on the shower head, I really had to fight with the faucet. The top door latch also wouldn’t secure. Then, a group booked an event in the courtyard the night that I was there, it was a really loud event. The event lasted longer than their allotted time and you could hear it all in the room. The front desk customer service when I checked out was very poor and rather rude. I travel a decent amount for work and personal, and have stayed in a lot nicer hotels for cheaper. I likely would choose a different option if I travel to Phoenix again.

Incredibly kind staff and the property is beautiful! This was our first time in Tempe and we would definitely plan to stay here again if we return. We loved everything about our stay, especially loved that the restaurant had multiple vegan options to select from! The tostadas were a favorite!
