Location...Location...Location!!! 1600 square foot 3 bed/2 bath rambler sleeps 6, 3 queen sized beds, and even a pack and play (porta-crib) for your little one, gives everyone plenty of room to spread out. Our home has an open floor plan with 4 flat screen TV's (60",44", 23" and 18') the 60" has a DVR and VHS and extended channels and the guest rooms have built in DVD player. The backyard has Malibu lights and tropical landscape. This includes a natural gas BBQ, patio furniture (table & chairs and 2 chaise lounges). There are games, puzzles, internet connection to enjoy or just peace and quiet--we've got it all.

Surprise Stadium, home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals is a short 1/2 mile from your home away from home, as is Surprise Tennis and Racquet Ball Complex, Pickle Ball courts and the Dream Catcher Ball Park. The Rainbow Play Park and Urban Fishing is right next to the Library and across from the ball field. The Ottawa University is located right behind the Dream Catcher Ball Park. The Peoria Sports Complex, Chase Baseball Field, Goodyear Stadium, Glendale Arena, Westgate, Suns Basketball Arena, Cardinal Football Stadium, NASCAR PIR, and Luke Air Force base are only a short drive away. For the golf enthusiast there are dozens of local courses and hundreds around us. Live theater, the zoo, hiking trails, fishing, movies, bowling, restaurants, shopping, urgent cares, hospitals and much, much more are all in or near surprise.

Randy was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay for a high schooler’s baseball tournament. Better than getting hotel rooms. No complaints about the place or stay at all, pretty much as advertised. We did a bit of cooking, and it accommodated us well enough, but the pots and pans could use an update. It seemed to have all of the necessities for cooking meals otherwise. Beds were comfortable. Good size TV in main room. Couch and chairs were cozy too. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was in great location for what we wanted to do. Somewhat disappointed the hot tub was out of order and could not be repaired during our stay. It would have made things more enjoyable. Somewhat surprised we were not offered any kind of discount as that was a big selling point.

Short stay for our daughter's graduation.

The kitchen and overall house was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the games in the closet. The house was very close to our venue for Saturday. Unfortunately we were told a few ours before arriving the hot tub was out of order. We were unable to get on the WiFi until we finally located the box to reset. We were frustrated that we couldn't load the dishwasher and start it before leaving our stay but had to wash all the dishes before leaving. As just loading and starting the dishwasher before leaving has always been the custom in the places we have used before. The ice maker didn't work and that was a little inconvenient. Overall the stay went well.
