This is basically a refurbished motel. The rooms are nice, the common area is fine, Wi-Fi seemed a bit spotty, and the front desk had no real answer for it. In fact, the girl at the front desk was kind of clueless and so was the maintenance guy. The area is fine I guess, but there were literally three pawn shops and several dollar stores within a few blocks, so, if that gives you any idea...

Ample space in rooms. Nice bathrooms. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Clean property. Free breakfast is about average compared to other hotels that provide this service. Overall, this is a really nice hotel for the price.

Our stay was fine. The area around the hotel isn't very good. Nothing walkable, very run down. Strong "cleaning product" oder in the halls. I wouldn't stay here again if I had any choice. Just ok.

OK hotel for a short stay

This hotel is good for a one-night, maybe two-night stay due to the lack of amenities. The breakfast is just OK compared to other nearby properties. Although, I guess it's a good value for the price.

Overall had an excellent stay and it’s nicely renovated with a few exceptions. The bed is super comfortable and has good basic amenities. Only issues I had were the really old shower head that just threw water everywhere and the cleaning staff was very noisy early in the morning (6:00 AM) which made me miss a few hours of sleep. Overall, would recommend, especially if you can get a room on the bottom floor away from all the all noise.

Checking in was quick and easy but the person checking us in had bad customer service not even a hello and he spoke to us like we were stupid. The lady at checkout was amazing. The room was small but it was an excellent stay overall. I would stay again.

Very disappointing

The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was rude and unprofessional. Certainly not a good impression for guests and absolutely not good customer service. We saw him again the next afternoon and he didn’t even acknowledge us after I waved and said good afternoon. I did not get his name. Housekeeping was unresponsive. I requested fresh towels on our 2nd day and when we returned to our room later that afternoon ….well no clean towels. Again not good guest service. We will not be staying at this hotel again and I don’t recommend to others reading this review. Very disappointing
