Holes in sheets. First room had beeping smoke detector and they needed us to switch rooms. Water saucer on backwards—- hot water on right and cold water on left. Much road noise noted but the loud a/c unit drowned it out.

Housekeeping works really hard, the room always smells good when you get back to it. The neighborhood isn’t great, but the hotel is quiet and the staff are nice. They do charge you $60 at check in even if you prepay

The hotel rooms are run down and need much updating. Bathroom fan was super loud and towels are very small and old. No hairdryer. TV very low resolution. Not in the best area. Only plus… the beds were very comfortable and price was good. Ok if you just want a place to sleep.

I booked a room with two beds and when I got to the room at 11:15 there was one bed. They did change the room for two beds. The room smelled like paint there’s holes in the sheets. The lampshades looked like they’ve been there for 100 years. The room was clean but bare bones. It’s just old and funky. The traffic noise from the freeway was really loud. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place.

Staff was wonderful, 10 out of 10. The room on the other hand could definitely use some upgrades. Bed was comfortable, sheets had wax(?) stuck on it, probably should have thrown that one out. The tub shower needs to be replaced. Ceramic is cracked/falling off and stained. Tile floor appeared clean but our socks were black after walking in it. Surprisingly quiet for being right off the I 10and 51st ave. Also, huge plus that IHop is in the same parking lot. I have stayed in more questionable places but I probably won't stay here again.

Stayed 3days with NO service on our room, when I ask for 2 fresh towels they told( me ) that I had to bring the dirty ones to the office then they would give me clean ones! They made me feel like I was going to take there $2.00 towels after I paid over $300 dollar to stay in there hotel didn’t even offer to bring them to me and trade at the room door way! Very disappointed in the way they run this hotel

The lady at the front counter was friendly but the neighborhood was very rough with a lot of scary people just walking the parking lot. It was so scary I couldn’t even get my family out of the car. We had to go find a different hotel. So far I have lost the money I paid for the reservation. I haven’t been able to talk to a real person at Expedia

The room was spacious. Good sized mini fridge. Heater/AC quiet. Close to ihop, Taco Bell, Carls Jr. Room 144 was close to the office and we are 2 senior working women traveling. Cheap hotel compared to others in late January beginning of peak season in Phoenix. Parking is brightly lit at night. Downside, bathroom fan was deafening loud. Towels are pretty ratty. Broken ice makers, no hair dryers, manager says they are all stolen. You have to take the 3rd floor to get ice. It’s a place for truckers, and extended stayers. A couple sat outside for days smoking. Homeless people are around near the 2 gas stations nearby. The lobby is locked after 6 and it’s kinda creepy to walk around the buildings to get to my room after dark, instead of passing through the lobby to reach my room. Sometimes the staff at night were nice helping us with getting packages we shipped to receive. When I asked for a hairdryer at night, I never got one. Then found out later, there were none. My first pet peeve was a Toyota Sienna mini van blocking the drive through to unload my suitcases. The owner purposely blocked this area. It’s hot and sunny in phoenix. I had to park my the curb with gravel rocks and dog poop droppings not cleaned up, to unload. That van never moved for 3 days. The manager had no authority to move it. I blame the owner of the establishment. Not very friendly to guests. Staff, 50/50.

Place is truly the worst experience. No smoking rooms but everyone is outside smoking weed or cigarettes and it drifts right into the room. Way past a renovation. Had to use a sketchy door on the side to check in. Terrible experience.
