The Space:

This amazing home has plenty of room for your family to relax and unwind. With 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, you can’t go wrong. The vast outdoor area features a heated pool with a grotto, a built-in water slide, an above-ground hot tub, and a swim-up bar to the ramada equipped with a new Traeger Gas grill, mini fridge, and TV for all your entertaining needs. Practice your short game on the putting green or relax on the many chaise lounge chairs around the pool and bask in the Arizona sun! Too hot outside? Relax in our newly built movie theatre, with projector and Sonos surround sound.



Indoor entertainment: In the main living area, you will have a comfortable seating area to watch your favorite team or program on your 65” TV, a kitchen to prepare all your meals, and two seating areas to enjoy a family dinner. Just off the main living area is a rec space with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade, high-top table, and a 65” TV.

Indoor luxury: The home consists of three master suites. All with king beds and private ensuites, make the perfect place to relax after hosting your family. Bedroom four has a king bed, sharing a jack-n-jill style bathroom with bedroom five, which has a queen bed. Bedroom six has a queen bed sharing a full-size bathroom with bedroom seven, which has two full beds.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

The home comes equipped for your family vacation. Linens are provided for all the bedrooms. Pool towels and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials to prepare those family meals.



Pool heat is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. The charge for heating the pool is $125 per night. Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.



Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure



Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.
