Welcome to Villa K! An Amazing Home and Spectacular Location for experiencing Old Town Scottsdale! This beautiful home boasts a very spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath open floorplan - it has a wonderful kitchen, high end appliances, wonderful backyard / covered patio, and is literally 100 yards to Scottsdale's Entertainment District and 1.5 miles from spring training!

In complying with local ordinances, min night booking required is 30 nights - this is not a short term rental (STR). Maximum number of non-related adults that may stay overnight at the home is 6 plus their accompanying children.

Excellent property, very clean and spacious. Kitchen well stocked for 8. Lots of extra towels and bedding. Great location for Scottsdale events and easy access for travel further. Matches VRBO pictures and descriptions accurately. Easy checkin and no need to contact anyone as had no problems.

Absolutely perfect!

A group of girlfriends and I stayed at Villa K for a long weekend and could not have been more satisfied. The house was exceptionally clean, had plenty of towels (a huge feat for a group of 8 girls!), was close in proximity (walking distance or a short uber) to everything we did in Scottsdale and overall made our trip a 10/10. Communication with the property managers was extremely easy and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Scottsdale!!

Beautifully appointed in great location

Villa K has everything you’ll need for a lovely stay in Scottsdale. We were with two other couples and I loved the fact that we had 3 full baths. The layout is just perfect for a wonderful getaway and the finishings and furnishings are very comfortable and well done. Extra credit on the sectional couch which is perfect for lounging (not all rentals spend the extra money to have comfortable seating). Yay!! Thank you so much Christine & Jason for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home just as described! Looks new and trendy inside with feel of Old Town Scottsdale outside. Lots of room and convenient location with much to do in the area. Owners we’re very responsive and easy to communicate with!

Great Holiday Stay!

Property is great and communication was very easy with owners. Property was perfect size for five adults, and great to be within walking distance to shops. Driveway is a bit hard to get into from a rather busy street. Outdoor space can use a bit of cleaning (furniture was quite dirty). Note all cable TV is through the different apps so will need to call owner to get access. House was otherwise stocked with everything needed for the trip, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay in a very convenient location. We walked to Starbucks every morning and walked to shop at Sprouts. Convenient to many, many restaurants and bars and shopping. All around good spot for Scottsdale stay.

Girl’s weekend

This home is perfect in so many ways. The rooms are spacious and the furnishings warm and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable. The proximity to shopping and restaurants can’t be beat. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of off street parking that comes with this home. The property managers were easy to reach and very accommodating. I would recommend this home for couples, friends or even family get togethers.

Amazing location, spacious and sparkling clean!

This property exceeded all expectations. The house is much bigger than the pictures depict. There are two master bedrooms, which was an awesome surprise. The location is absolutely prime, so close to downtown Scottsdale and the house was well kept and immaculately cleaned. What else can you ask for? We’ll definitely be back, if we are in the area.

Lots of space in a perfect location.

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of room to spread out and the outdoor space was a perfect place to relax. The location is great with a short walk to everything. Groceries were also within walking distance. The place was spotless, the beds were very comfy and sheets and towels very nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry room came in handy. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was easy to contact for check-in and questions. Highly recommend for family or a group of friends.
