Conveniently located. Bed was subpar. My back was killing me after 2 nights. no maid service during stay. 1 TINY trash can for a four-night stay. Refrigerator didn't seem to be keeping things cold. Tried to keep a level of cleanliness in a small room.

The property was clean and well maintained. The design of the rooms is such that they are very noisy if you have a party in the room directly next to you. I could hear every word of every conversation when they were seated in their living room (it was my bedroom's wall). Otherwise, I liked the amenities; pool, hot tub, exercise room.

Minor issues create a poor experience

The check in process was fine but once we walked into the room, we immediately could hear the people next to us. The walls between the rooms and the door connecting them was horrible. I could hear every word, so it was not mumbled sounds. When I addressed this with the Front Dest staff member (THUR 3/7 Evening shift) she did not apologize, nor made an offer to us to move rooms, or discount the room night. She literally said there was nothing she could do. The bathroom fan (123B) was so loud I felt bad for turning it on because the people next door could hear it. Also, the AC unit was so loud, that we turned it off. Poor experience in my mind overall. I've encountered similar experiences over the years with Westgate properties.

There’s not really a lot to complain about. We had a nice stay and I enjoyed the golf course. The only complaints are that the walls are a little thin between the same side neighbors. The dishwasher is very noisy. There was a pair of pigeons nested on our balcony and they woke us up early every morning.

Perfect stay

The service and front desk were fantastic. There was always security around and i always felt safe. We had a 1 bedroom villa and there was plenty of space and a large kitchen. The room could use an update as far as the dark wood, dark curtains ans furniture was really worn out but it was a great stay and this would not keep us from coming back.

Don’t stay here if you want a private room.

Every unit has adjoining room doors. Very thin and you can hear every conversation and and minor noise from the other room. Would never stay here again.

The Westgate is a pretty nice place to stay. The only reason for the over all 4 stars is that the parking situation was sort of a hassle. Finding parking right by your room was hard to find and if you did find a place to park by your room? That parking spot wouldn't be available if you left and came back. You would have to drive around to find another spot and that could be anywhere on the property

Nice place, we stayed for five days and had to ask for coffee each day. Clean towels were only given out once. The hot tub by the main pool heater did not work at all and was cold the entire time.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed in some of the facilities. Ice wasn’t readily available. The only working machine was at the pool. One of the hot tubs was cold and they never worked on it the whole stay. Others said they had been there awhile and it had never been warm. Towels were not always available at pool. Had to ask office to have some delivered. Rooms were not very soundproof. Often woken up by other guests and traffic. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The bed was great. The tv was super small, like a 32 inch. It had a jacuzzi tub but was missing a dial and there was a hole in it. It also looked like there was so.e jind of green mold growi g in there. I was agraid to turn it on. The jacuzzi tub walls were reall high and you had to step ober 2 feet to get into the ahower. Wohld not be ideal for older person. The property was nice and super friendly peolle.
