Wildflower Ranch Backyard Oasis with Pool & Spa

Enjoy a hot cup of coffee by the pool as you plan your adventures for the day - barbecue in the outdoor kitchen in the evening, watch a little TV from the covered patio bar, or take a refreshing swim in the sparkling private pool (**heating available at an additional cost listed below) or just relax in the 6-person hot tub (operational when outdoor temps are consistently below 100°). If you’re looking for a beautiful place to hike, picnic, and enjoy blooming desert wildflowers, Estrella Mountain Regional Park is only 10 minutes away! The highly rated Tuscany Falls Golf Course, only 10 minutes away, and is one of the valley’s best kept secrets. This home is an outdoor lover’s paradise! 

Newly painted, furnished, and decorated, this non-smoking home will comfortably sleep 6. The three bedrooms all have newly purchased mattresses and box springs. The master bedroom comes complete with a king bed, dresser, 50" Smart flat panel TV, as well as a luxurious en suite which includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, and a large vanity with double sinks. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers are all provided for your use during your stay. The additional bedrooms include a new queen bed and new twin beds. All rooms come with a walk in closet and dresser, additional pillows, and linens.

The family room is equipped with a 55” flat-panel Smart TV with all streaming options and a small DVD library. The charming kitchen has granite counter tops and all the cookware you may need to whip up a tasty meal. The dining table and nearby counter top seating provide the perfect spot to gather for dinner or board games. Kitchen is stocked with all your essentials.

Pool heating:
- The pool can be heated to 88 degrees
- Nov-Mar: $100 initial day, $75/each consecutive day
- Oct, Apr, May: $75 initial day, $50/each consecutive day
- Heating can be done for part or all the stay
- Hot tub is heated complementary as part of the reservation. Hot tub is closed during the summer (when temps are 100+)

--Policies--
- Cameras are located around the exterior of the property for your safety and ours. Tampering when security devices or wifi will result in a $250 reconnection fee.
- No smoking, no vaping, no drugs anywhere on property (including outdoor spaces). Smoking on property will result in an additional $250 fee.
- No loud noise - Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet time after 10 p.m.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- No events, parties or large gatherings. $1000 charge for failing to abide by this rule.
- Only guests listed on the reservation allowed at the property at any time. $250 charge per unregistered person on the property will be assessed.
- Pool is not fenced/gated so property is not suitable for young children. Swimming is at your own risk - we are not liable for any incidents in regards to the pool should anything happen. Choosing to use the pool is accepting this clause.
- No pets.
- Reservations of 30+ days will require a mid-stay cleaning at the guests expense.

Wonderful Retreat for Spring Training

This house is exactly as advertised. It is minutes from Goodyear Ballpark. It was the perfect retreat after a day of baseball. The house is spacious, and the pool is amazing. The kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental we have ever stayed in.

Wonderful

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Hadley House. The location is terrific: a lovely subdivision where we took daily walks, close to grocery stores, fast food, and of course Goodyear Ballpark (we're big Reds fans). The master suite is spacious and well-appointed and we enjoyed the grill and hot tub. Best of all, the house was well stocked with supplies and household items--that's been an issue in some of our other vacation rentals. Not here. We would gladly stay here again in the future and hope we get a chance to do so.

Amazing spacious home

Hadley House is a well appointed, spacious home that lends itself to active families. The large backyard and pool kept our kids and grandkids busy every day. Add in the great cooking area complete with tv and you have a great spot to enjoy the AZ weather. And don't forget having an evening hot tub under the desert stars. All beds and baths are comfortable and top of the line. The location is quite close to plenty of eating and shopping locations and offers easy access to freeways to head to more distant attractions. During our 6 week stay we visited the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Lake Havasu, the Fountain Hills Art Fair and Saguaro National Park. So many interesting attractions . When budgeting for your stay, make sure to include the cost for heating the pool as it can add up in the cooler periods. Christina and David are excellent, responsive hosts who will make your stay a positive experience.

Hadley House and Owners are Amazing!

This is our first stay at this property; but our 4th stay in the Phoenix area over the last couple years. This house is by far our most favorite so far! The layout of the house worked well for our family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Everything was in exceptional working order; pool and hot tub perfect! Working with Christina on our plans change and just general property correspondence was top notch.

Nearby hiking areas

The house was great for our needs. We both worked remotely from the home and each had quiet areas to work. It was also a very good set up for our visiting family. Owners were very responsive to our messages. We took advantage of the great hiking trails at the nearby parks. The backyard is a nice oasis.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay! My three girlfriends and I were so comfortable and relaxed in this beautiful home. We totally enjoyed playing cards at the table, cooking in the kitchen, and the beautiful patio and hot tub. The pool is gorgeous and I would love to return in the spring or fall when it's a little bit warmer. Pool temperature was not warm enough for our 50+ Bones But I guarantee if I came with my grandchildren, they would've been in there having a blast.

Gorgeous House

This house was amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures online. Master suite was like a fancy spa, as soon as we walked in this house we felt calm and relaxed. Great big huge jet tub in master, fabulous for my autistic son who loves baths. Backyard and pool were also amazing as well, the painted block fence was so nice and cheerful. We did not have one single problem with this rental. Our family will definitely return.

GREAT!!

Loved this house and backyard with pool!!! Everything was just perfect!! So clean, so cozy, and the back yard is like an oasis . Sparkling pool, and the outside patio furnature was SOOOO comfortable.... outside table with umbltella and the outside kitchen with the grill was wonderful. We used the grill many times.. Very nice area.. We WILL be returning again and again!

Wonderful Property

Best rental experience ever. Everything about the home was well thought out. The master suite, including bedroom and bathroom were particularly exceptional. Also, the kitchen and backyard was fabulous. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to use while we were there (end of December to early February). But, as promised by Christina and David, the hot tub was installed during our stay, and was a great addition. The house was extremely clean and well kept, and the owners were so easy to work with. I could go on and on. But, suffice to say, if we come back to this area, we will definitely want to stay here.
