The updated kitchen features , stainless appliances, microwave, dishwasher and granite counter tops. The fully stocked cupboards to prepare and serve a delicious meal. The living/dining room furnished with all new furniture/ 65 inch T.V. which opens up to an outdoor patio with a brand new BBQ. The master on suite includes a premium king size bed and a 65 inch smart T.V. Your spacious bathroom has LED mirrors, double sink, a large walk-in shower. There's plenty of room in the walk-in closet. You will enjoy a private balcony to sip your morning coffee.
The second bedroom also has a premium queen size bed with a beautiful bathroom with a large LED mirror and a walk in shower, which is only
steps from the bedroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, plush towels, etc.

Townhome was clean, well appointed and a great location. Enjoyed walking to the Biltmore Resort for drinks and meals. Checkin went smoothly and owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

The condo was as pictured, and met our needs. It was a rare three cold rainy days during our stay. We didn’t see the pool.There was a queen sized top sheet on the king size bed that we slept in-that was strange.The location was really convenient and we appreciated the security of the gated neighborhood.

Clean, updated and a pretty quiet area. Friendly community and very safe. The area has great restaurants and shopping, some of the best I have experienced. I would recommend this place highly.

I can’t say enough about this townhome — it’s truly a luxury getaway! Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. The host has thought of every detail, from the fully equipped kitchen to the stylish decor and relaxing spaces.This isn’t my first time staying here, and it definitely won’t be my last. In fact, whenever I plan a trip to Phoenix, I’ll work my schedule around this home’s availability because it’s just that perfect. Wonderful accommodations

First time staying at this location and it did not disappoint. Refreshing to walk into a vacation rental and not having to worry about the basics (paper towels, dishsoap, hand soap, toilet paper etc). Host thought of everything and provided all the details we needed. Home was super clean and cozy. Loved the quietness of the area. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a relaxing getaway.
