Poor Service

Hotel management was very helpful and accommodating when required. Cleaning staff did an excellent job as well. Rooms were clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. However, beach in front of resort is quite narrow and not the greatest for laying around on. Wifi was quite horrible and patchy at best. Restaurant staff often got orders wrong or simply did not bring out ordered items. Out of the 7 times I ate there (as breakfast was included) my order was incorrect or incomplete for five meals and required correction or continuous reminders of what I ordered. Overall service at the restaurant was very poor. The food was satisfactory however with prices comparable to others. I would not stay again for the price paid as there are numerous resorts with better beach, food and service for less (Phuongbinh House for example).

LÀget pÄ stranden var perfekt! VÀldigt enkla bungalows men rena och odjurs fria, sÀngen Àr stenhÄrd. Ytlig stÀdning varje dag men sopor och dyl tömdes inte varje dag. Personalen i receptionen vad supergulliga, serviceminded och hjÀlpsamma, alltid med ett leende som kÀndes verkligen genuint. Personalen i restaurangen var precis tvÀrtom, otrevliga, inte ett leende och det fanns ingen service! Frukosten var inget speciellt alls, Àt inte mat dÀr! Stranden Àr fin och mysig med gratis solstolar och gungor i trÀden-jÀttefint!! SolnedgÄngen frÄn stranden Àr magisk! HÀrlig massage gÄr att fÄ pÄ stranden och vi promenerade in till nattmarknaden pÄ kvÀllarna, tar ca.30 min men en skön promenad, rekommenderas. Ett enkel boende men med viss charm!

Smutsiga tĂ€cken, myror och mygg pĂ„ rummen, dĂ„lig frukost, inga strandhandukar.Trots att vi kontaktade hotels.com innan sista avbokningsdagen passerat gick det inte att avboka nĂ„gra nĂ€tter som vi önskade. DĂ€remot drog de pengarna direkt vilket gjorde att vi inte dĂ„ hade möjlighet att boka annat hotell. Ända positiva var lĂ€get och gulliga stĂ€derskor som gjorde sitt bĂ€sta att försöka stĂ€da dessa slitna bungalows.

Nydelig sted, flotte og hjelpsomme ansatte. Perfekt beliggenhet og flotte badeforhold i havet. Rolig og avslappet sted. Vietnamesisk atmosfĂŠre. Frokosten har et forbedringspotensial. Bodde her i 2017 og kommer helt sikkert igjen

Fint omrÄde vid stranden.

Hade lÄng tid innan ankomst bokat och betalat extra för en bungalow pÄ stranden med havsutsikt, men vid ankomst sÄ var den upptagen. Jag poÀngterade att jag verkligen ville ha den bungalown som jag bokat men det gick tyvÀrr inte att ordna. Den bungalown som vi fick var ren och helt okej men utan havsutsikt. Hotellet hade en fin restaurang direkt pÄ stranden med bra mat.
