The reason for the low rating is that the accommodation did not come anywhere close to matching the price. We stayed in two garden bungalows that cost about USD 200 per room per night. This was more in line with accommodation priced at USD 50–80. I was extremely disappointed with the standard for that price. There were holes in the ceiling and floor, mold stains on the curtains, and spider webs. The basic breakfast was fine for simple accommodation. There was damage in the pool. The manager was friendly, which was a positive. It is some distance from the beach, but you can walk there. What I cannot understand is how they can charge so much for this accommodation! We are now staying at another place directly on the beach, with amenities, a large and well-equipped bungalow, an amazing breakfast, and yoga, for essentially the same price. Incomprehensible!

Le personnel est au petit soin, tous très souriants et attentionnés. Les chambres sont spacieuses et joliment décorées. Vue sur la grande piscine. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. L’établissement est au milieu d’une végétation luxuriante. Nous avons adorés séjourner au Bambusa qui est l’adresse à retenir sur l’île de Phu Quoc. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici. Merci encore pour tout.

her er pænt og nydeligt. Rengøringen er som den typiske er herude af. Restauranten, har virkelig noget at lære, jeg skal ikke gøre mig klog i deres kogekunst, men dette er virkelig køns-løst!,, Og servicen ligeså. Absolut plads til forbedring. Værelser, tja, det første var med mus, vel og mærke, INDENDØRS, det synes jeg ikke var sjovt!!!! Men ellers OK

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables au BAMBUSA. Le resort qui est de taille humaine est situé dans la nature. L'accueil est le parfait et le personnel est très avenant et disponible. Je recommande complètement !!!!
