I loved my stay at Sea Breeze Resort & Spa! The room had everything I needed with a comfortable king size bed. It had a good sized balcony with a nice view of the pool and ocean. The property grounds were perfectly manicured with a ton of diverse trees and plants. The resort is in a great central location close to a ton of great restaurants and close access to the beach and last but not least, the staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Sea Breeze Resort!

The place did not look like the photos. When we got there a non English speaking staff member told us by Google Translate that they overbooked and that we did not have a place to stay. Because of the holidays, there were no other available places to stay and the guy sendt us to another “hotel” that was not to find anywhere at google. It was in the middle of nowhere with very poor standard. They only took cash and did not speak English either.

Eigentlich eine nette Anlage, am Hang gelegen mit Bungalow-Zimmern. ABER: Es scheint dort gängig zu sein dass überbucht wird. Als neue Gäste wurden wir die erste Nacht in einem deutlich billigeren Hostel untergebracht und konnten unser Zimmer erst am Mittag des zweiten Tags beziehen. Eine absolute Frechheit!

落機太夜，去到酒店話沒法提供房間。 因此半夜三更要重新搵過另一間酒店， 由於聖誕節，附近其他酒店所有房間都full, 所以拖住一大堆行李及小朋友流落街頭。 酒店沒有提早通知！沒有提前預備。 客服也沒有什麼有效幫助。 極差！！！！

Stay away from this ”hotel”! This was the worst experience of my life as it goes for hotel. This should not be allowed to be called a hotel, nor be listed as a choice on hotels.com. When we arrived, the hotel was full although we had prepaid for two nights. After a long discussion, they changed their mind claiming to have a small room and promised to move our luggage into a bigger room, as booked and prepaid for, on the next day. The small room we received was dirty and our children did not even get proper beds but had to sleep on old massage mattresses on the floor. The breakfast was unsanitary and not eatable. The next day, they still did not have a new room why they made us take a taxi to another hotel, without pool or breakfast, in a very bad neighborhood. All along they blamed hotels.com and did nothing to compensate us for our trouble. I have never experienced staff being so mean and careless towards their guests. This should be shut down by authorities for fraudulent behavior and unsanitary environment. Stay away!

Hotellet ligger i perfekt nærhet til alt, alle er vennlige og du får en følelse av stillhet og fuglesang. 15 meter til hovedveien, men hører ikke trafikken. Booker flere netter her
