We stayed here after recommendations on a Facebook page. Can’t say I was overally impressed. It is run down and its age reflects in the cleanliness of the rooms. I’m pretty sure underneath of the beds hadn’t been cleaned ever. We had a pool access room which was good, but the locks are at child height which makes it difficult with a toddler. One day there was putrid smell all day and we called reception who said they would send someone and never did. The staff weren’t overly friendly, housekeeping never seemed to manage to clean our room when we were out, even when we were out for decent periods of time, which made things awkward, especially when we had a child that needed to nap. The shampoo is in a ceramic container and they tried to charge us AUD$50 for a replacement when one of our children smashed it. We had to request a cot 3 times despite it being on our booking. They are reluctant to provide ice and you have to go out to the bar to get or you are charged for it to be brought to the room. The fridge was not cold. Kids club was underwhelming. It is in a good location which is about the only thing going for it.

The pool was amazing. Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was great. The only thing i found where the pillows werent comfy but other than that i cant complain. The staff where amazing. I had a couple of issues with the glass sliding door not locking and a leak in the roof as soon as i told them it was fixed within minutes. I would highly recommend this resort.

OK, so I booked this hotel many months ago with messaging indicating I wanted to get a better room with two beds. We ended up with the worst room in the back no View no even opening window. I checked online there were rooms available, but were told because they wereonline rooms. They were not available to me for an upgrade. Online rooms. They were not available to me for an upgrade or change even though I booked online.. confusing? Yeah me too. I feel like a manager cared. They would’ve just made the change. There were pool room, views, and other rooms available online. Other than that, the place is a great all in one location, family oriented. This is not a single resort. Staff was all very nice pleasant as all Thai people are. It was nicely situated towards the end and you can walk right to everything you want.

Stay was pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean. But had a foul smell in the lift. Beds were not that comfortable. It was so springy, that you will drench when you lie on the edge and have body pain when you wake up the next day. Had a problem with booking. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children aged 2 & 4. But they booked through another agency and they booked for 2 adults and 2 infants(1 year old). So hotel requested us to pay 3K for an additional child. Though there is nothing wrong on my side or the hotel side, I have to pay 3K. customer care is not helpful in solving this issue. They just said it’s hotel policy and they just leave the chat after a min and new customer care executive is assigned. I got fed up explaining the same issue to multiple people in cc. It was booking agency mistake which I eventually end up paying 3K

We loved the fact that you could step onto your patio and then slip into the pool without actually leaving your room. Our room was very comfortable with the best bed we've had for a long long time. The bathroom is spacious, but beware of tiny steps into the bathroom! Breakfast was reasonable with 2 breakfast rooms. The lobby area is huge and has lots of seating with a nail bar, gift shop and coffee(Starbucks)/cake shop. Hotel only 1 minute from the beach, but you have to cross a busy road to get to it and it gets very busy. There are loads of eateries within easy reach and we found Fouket's a very nice place to eat a literally across the road. Things we didn't like was that the pool area gets noisy and nightime revellers are noisy (although having concrete corridors doesnt help).
