Property was great. However there are too many fall hazards. I fell three times...two on uneven patio stones and one coming out of the bathroom (there is a very small step down into the bedroom which is invisible at night.) Authenticity is great but not at the expense of guest safety. I also found staff to be somewhat difficult. The receptionist was very challenging on my presence when i arrived at his desk. Attitude completely changed when he realized i had a reservation. All people deserve respect even if they arent checking in.

The hotel has a modern antiquated feel to it, making it nostalgic. The room was very clean and properly maintained. The staff was friendly and very easy to communicate with and eager to assist. I enjoyed my solo travel. My only complaint was noise from construction on one of the days that I was attempting to sleep in. Overall, it was a dope vibe. Would definitely stay again

Annie and Nathan were absolutely wonderful and helpful hosts. They helped make our stay very enjoyable. The hotel has a historical and interesting history and has a nostalgic and interesting decor. All in all a very pleasant experience.
