Newly renovated rustico (2010) for 6-7 persons, in Pianello del Lario, 89 m2 living space, with wonderful 180° lake and mountain view of Lake Como and the mountains of Valtellina. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Quiet and sunny location on the mountainside, 2 km (5 min. by car) from the village centre/lake. It is situated in a relaxing hillside position, at the beginning of the hamlet (frazione) SALIANA. You can also park directly at the house. The flat is spread over 3 levels and has been furnished with great attention to detail.
You enter the Rustico flat on the mountain side and immediately find yourself in the day area with the dining table, fireplace, separate open-plan kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine. There are also two balconies with panoramic views on this level. One of them is furnished for 4 people, so you can relax and unwind at breakfast. An internal staircase leads from the entrance area to the open loft, where there is a double bed (separable into two single beds) on the right-hand side and a living area with sofa and satellite TV on the left-hand side. The loft is not very high and therefore only accessible with a slight stoop.
Another internal staircase leads from the entrance area to the basement where there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet and the other with 3 single beds, 1 of which is a bunk bed. Both rooms face the lake and therefore have a wonderful view. The 3-bed room has its own balcony with access to the garden. The domicile has modern central heating and is therefore suitable all year round.
The fenced garden also extends over two different levels and is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue, so that you can feel at home here at any time of the day or night. Payment of the deposit in euros (200.00) is possible.

Location description: The centre of Pianello del Lario can be easily reached by car, but also on foot if you feel like it (15-20 minutes). There is a small grocery shop and a bakery in the village. There are two restaurants right on the lakeshore (campsite area) where you can eat well. The nearest, larger supermarket is in Musso (approx. 1 km from the village centre). Pianello has a beautiful lakeside promenade that leads past the marina to Musso. The various smaller, gently sloping beaches along this promenade are rocky and it is therefore advisable to wear bathing shoes. If you are a fan of water sports such as sailing, surfing or water skiing, you will be in your element. There are also several options for hikers. There are many interesting villages and typical villas along the western shore of Lake Como that are well worth a visit. If you want to leave the car at home, the boat is also recommended. The mild climate, the lake and the landscape are ideal for holidays that can start in early spring and continue to be attractive well into autumn.
