The room was not cleaned properly I had seen duty and female hair from the previous guest full of female hair in carpet. And the ac was not working correctly. Temperature was not right and all the curtains was locked. How ever the food last night was good. And the guy from the reception was too rude and the girl just came to my room. When I was in washroom. Having all these issues still they charged additional for staying 30 minutes extra in room.

We left hyattt after day 1 and booked here to be near Cpl I had 2 rooms book for 2 night we came 10p and left immediately next morning and re check in at Hyatt . 
 bathroom had rust , ac barely work just not a nice hotel at all “ wasted our money there

The restaurant and bar was very good, lots of options and the quality of the food is great. The continental breakfast is also very good. I expected much more from the King Suite that I booked. The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows were terribly soft and needed to be replaced, the linens were stained, and it was very loud. There is a door in the secondary room that is locked but isn't flush to the frame, it defeated the AC by letting all the air escape. There was a lot of noise from the music playing, the cleaning staff in the morning, and the traffic/activity coming from the street at all times. The parking was hit and miss, if you didn't get back to the hotel early then you may have been left to park on an adjacent street. The internet stopped working the third day I was there. The employee that checked me in was very nice but the rest of the front desk staff just stared in the most unwelcoming way. I would not stay here again. The rate that I paid was well above what it should have been and I will not be staying here again.

The price was good, as was location from airport. There is a variety of shops and restaurants across the road. Comfy beds. On Friday and Saturday nights a DJ is playing, so don’t bank on much sleep before midnight. My first room was on the third floor so the noise wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately my air conditioning unit sprung a leak and I moved rooms the next day. The shower area including walls and floor was dirty and in need of a good clean. The bedroom floor was also quite dirty, as if housekeeping hadn’t done it for days. I asked for a second room, which was cleaner and the air conditioner didn’t leak. I left the following Friday morning and stayed elsewhere to avoid the DJ.

Their rooms are not sealed, their rooms doors are not for hotels. So you hear everything that’s is happening outside and in the next room. Toilets flushing, people snoring, people screaming. It was the absolute worst.

I was booked for May 9-12, 2025. This place advertises a hotel shuttle, ( false)! They will call a hotel cab for $10 usd each way. I only stayed 1 night! The first room I was assigned to (25) didn’t have hot water in the shower, I was moved to room (46). I settled in, the live band played til after midnight so sleep was not an option til afterwards. After the band stopped and I thought I’d settle in, the fire alarm rang! I tried to ignore it thinking maybe it was a false alarm but it rang again! After going into the hallway, someone shouted (false alarm)! I went back into my room, turned on the light and there was a bug under the pillow! Called front desk, they moved me to room (44). Again, no hot water in the shower and no where to hang my clothes! And they don’t provide wash cloths! I could not stay there another night! I checked out after a 1 night stay and I will be contacting them for a full refund!
