Everything was great except for the Tvs. I stayed in to different rooms, both were extremely dark screen. Unable to adjust. Also, the amount of channels was relatively small compared to similar hotels.

Food at breakfast was not hot enough. Sausage was room temp, so I have questions about food safety. Plastic lids were flimsy and hard to put back on which probably contributed to the low quality of that food. They just need all metal serving stations to keep them hot like every other hotel. Still this is the best hotel by far that I've stayed at in Pierre and I will be back. Hotel IS locally owned by South Dakotans.

Saw a charge on my credit card after my stay and when I called they couldn’t explain the charge to me and said a manager will have to call me. Person working initially said it was for breakfast and pool but then said the manager will have to call me. See nothing listed about hotel fee and website stated complimentary breakfast.
