The Grey Osprey is a perfect cabin for you and your friends/family. We are located just 1.5 miles from the Parkway! You will have a hard time finding a nicer, newer cabin in such a convenient location. Less than 10 miles to Gatlinburg, only 6 miles to Dollywood, and only 10 miles to the beautiful Great Smoky Mountain National Park! The Grey Osprey offers an open floor plan, with granite countertops, tongue-in-groove interior walls, and luxury flooring. The main floor has a bedroom with a King bed, a dining room that seats 10, a living room, and a full bathroom (walk-in shower). The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee pot, crock pot, dinnerware, cookware, and silverware. The living room includes a stacked stone electric fireplace and a TV (with cable). For seating, we offer 2 chairs and a couch that pulls out to a queen sleeper as well as a love seat. The top floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a sitting area with a TV, a sofa, and a foosball table. Every bedroom in the cabin has a TV with either a satellite box or a Roku streaming stick! All essentials are included; towels, hand towels, washcloths, make-up removal clothes, soap, shampoo, toilet paper sheets, comforters, pillows, comforters, trash bags, kitchen towels, and kitchen cloths. Everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Smokies! The back porch is great! It has a stacked stone corner electric fireplace and TV with Roku streaming stick. Additionally, on the porch, you will find the hot tub and a couple of rocking chairs. It is the perfect spot to enjoy chilly mornings and evenings with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This cabin has it all!

Great cabin in an excellent location! Quick access to the Parkway, but far enough away from the noise & lights of the strip. Fully stocked with the essentials in kitchen and bathrooms. TVs in every room are nice. Hot tub is great for unwinding at the end of the day. Plus, you can see the fireworks and drone show at Dollywood from the back porch, every night at 9:40 in the summer. So glad we chose Matt’s cabin!

Spring Break

Great location! Clean, cozy and comfortable! What more could you ask for! Kids had fun on the mountain coaster and everyone loved the Local Goat! Matt was a great host and answered all of our concerns!

Family Christmas Weekend trip

The cabin was beautiful and nicely decorated. The location was great near the main strip. We had issues with the WiFi and the host was quick to respond but never could get it fixed, but he did refund some of our money for it. We were not told about construction across from the cabin and it continued all weekend. We also got a nail from a nail gun in our tire that we had to plug while there. While the cabin was spacious and had plenty of room for our family, there is only 1 hvac system even though there is an upstairs. Our family who slept upstairs had to use the ceiling fans along with opened windows to be able to sleep because it was so hot. We also turned the heat down lower downstairs to try and compensate but got really cold downstairs.When we arrived on Friday, we bought snacks and other food to have for our stay. When we returned on Saturday afternoon from the morning out, we found several roaches in our closed bakery containers and bags of chips. Under further inspection, we found a roach trap under the kitchen sink. It seems the host knew about this issue. We lost some of our food due to this. Overall, the location is great, but there were several issues we couldn’t overlook.

This property was absolutely wonderful. Cabin was very spacious, very clean and well-equipped with everything you need. I love the location and convenience of this property. Amazing!!

Cousins' Trip

Our stay at this charming cabin was great! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every amenity we could need. The kitchen was fully equipped. Family Bonding

My brothers and sisters, in the last few years, have made it a priority to take a trip with our mom - our last surviving parent. This year we decided to take her to see the Smoky Mountains National Forest. To accommodate the needs of those who could make the trip, I located this vacation home not too far from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. It exceeded our expectations. It was well-kept, bright and sunny and well-appointed. Everything we may have needed seemed to be available to us. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own personal space, plus a big, open living/dining and kitchen area where we could gather! The refreshing hot tub and a working ice maker were an added bonus! We will be back again!

Vacation Home in Pigeon Forge

This vacation home is in a new development in town (multiple map apps had difficulty located the address). Three full baths and four bedrooms were great for our large family. There isn't much of a backyard to speak of, but the kids enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch. The upstairs master bed was very much on the soft end of the spectrum, which could be worth noting for guests that prefer a firmer mattress. Host was super responsive to questions. Thanks for the great week!

Close to attractions we wanted to do

The house was clean. There was plenty of open space downstairs. The hot tub was clean. The downside was the upstairs was really hot, while the downstairs was cold. There were no closets in any bedrooms.
