Secure Booking
To protect your reservation, we require a brief guest verification after booking. This includes signing a rental agreement and submitting a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal. If the booking guest is not the cardholder, we may request a short credit card authorization form and a selfie check. These steps are simple but important to ensure your booking is protected.

Cleaning Fee
Our cleaning fee supports our professional team, who are paid living wages to maintain exceptional standards. It also includes a built-in damage protection policy for added peace of mind. This fee ensures every stay meets our commitment to quality and cleanliness.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change.
• Full refund if canceled 14 or more days before arrival
• 50% refund if canceled 7 or more days before arrival
• No refund within 7 days, but we’ll always do our best to assist with rebooking
