Was a little disappointed in size of pools, they really looked bigger in the pictures. Lock on bathroom door was broken. Maid service was excellent.

Everything was clean. Very nice hotel. The only reason this is not a five star review is because the toilet space is very limited in the bathroom. Just not well thought out in terms to of space though that is no fault to the staff but the engineers who laid out the floor plan. Breakfast could also be better. For the money it was nice.

Everything was wonderful. Only downside was the bathroom is a bit tight if you are a larger person. We had a double queen size room. Large rooms with great amenities and very kind and helpful staff!

Quick trip and stay for just my husband and I so went with a hotel rather than usual cabin rental. The reviews for The Walden were very positive and they were spot on!! Very easy check in, and very friendly staff at check in and throughout stay! Room was very clean and perfect use of space!! I was especially impressed with the multiple plug ins accessible on each nightstand!!! I use CPap and devices and usually presents a problem with power outlets but definitely not in this case! Also the breakfast was exceptionally good and so many choices!! We also enjoyed just relaxing on our balcony and watching the fireworks from The Island! Just a great stay and very reasonably priced!! Definitely our go to place for future visits!!!
