Spider Infested Room & Balcony

The first thing we noticed when walking in the room was an odd smell. Next we noticed several spiders & stink bugs in the room. When walking out onto the balcony, I noticed several spiders & spider webs on our balcony. The place could use a good exterminating & cleaning. The best part of the stay was the shower. Best water pressure I’ve had at a hotel in many years. Still not enough to bring me back.

Loved that they have an indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was good. The patio area was nice and there was a fire pit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was clean and friendly staff. It was away from the busiest section of pigeon Forge so it was quiet. The pool area was very pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety.

It was good not great but good. Coffee pot on the table had no electrical outlet near the table to plug it in. Maybe it was just me but air conditioning was good, maybe even cold, but when it shut off it warmed up pretty fast. Don’t know how you would fix it but when sleeping and air conditioning running it was cold but when it reached the desired temperature and shut off I was hot
