Clean rooms, quiet in rooms no noise, towels nice and clean smell, breakfast full of options and good time allowed for eating food, lots of space areas to eat your breakfast. You can eat in a lounge area with fire place and big screen tv, kitchen area, full of large tables. Check inn and out were fast and easy.

We stayed for our wedding. I don’t do hotel blocks for the wedding party, we had about 10 families staying. All booked seperately. I realized after the fact I don’t book a room for the day before the wedding for us or for one of my daughter and her family of 6. So they were booked separately. I drove to the hotel and spoke to staff at front desk, wish I could remember her name. But she did every thing to ensure the entire wedding party was on the same floor and ensured that on the wedding didn’t have to check out of rooms on wedding day and haul there luggage around during event day. Also their breakfast from 6-10, was the best breakfast I’ve ever seen served at a hotel. The entire staff was amazing and friendly. 10 of 10 I’d stay here again. Also, the lounge is beautiful. With a cozy fireplace and comfy chairs. Our entire wedding party and all our guest congregated here for socializing (20 plus people) everyone enjoyed be able to just hang out. Thank you to the entire staff ! From the woodman wedding party.

The room had a grear view and was very clean. The breakfast was not bad it was kind of cold but was still good. We didnt use the pool but was told it was very cold. The outside pool was closed for the season. The fireplace in the room was very nice. I recommend getting a room with one.

We have stayed here twice this past year and loved it both times. Enjoyed the rooms, lobby and great breakfast options. The Cinnamon Waffles are yummy. I think the beds are really comfy and rooms were quiet and had everything we needed with microwave, mini fridge and gas fireplace. Staff were very helpful also. We enjoyed having a cup of hot tea or cocoa from the lobby when we got back to the hotel at night. Good location close to everything. We definitely plan to stay here again when we visit Pigeon Forge.
