Room was not ready for check-in at 4 PM. Ended up leaving and coming back as had reservations elsewhere and had to get ready in the public bathrooms at the hotel. The shower handle was broken and there was a piece of the drain lying to the side of the shower.

It’s as advertised my location is good views are of the smokies are solid your next to food and shopping options and the hotel is good god the price my only complaint is that the WIFI is bad other than that staff is and service is great.

Just stayed a few days at the Hilton Garden Inn. Took my 83 year old Mom, niece boyfriend and their 8 year old daughter. We all love it, they loved the pool and the cool slide, my mom loved the quiet room with really comfortable beds..We would stay again, really enjoyed the location, close to everything... We also found the staff friendly and helpful!

Spacious room with view and kind staff

The front desk staff was so nice and even switched our room so we would have a better view. We had a suite which worked great for us and our three little kids. The room was set up well and was spacious. It was a great stay.
