SMOKE

IT WAS ALITTLE HARD GETTING INTO THE ROOM AND WHEN WE DID IT SMELT LIKE SMOKE. NO ONE IN THE FAMILY SMOKES SO WE HAD TO BUY SOME AIR FRESHNER, IT WAS A NICE PLACE BUT THERE WERE NO DIRECTIONS FOR HOW TO WORK THE TVS. BUT THE WORST THING WAS MY 8 MONTH OLD GRANDDAUGHTER WAS CRAWLING NEAR THE FIREPLACE AND CUT HER KNEE OPEN ON THE TILE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FLUSH WITH THE FLOORING, WE THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE HER TO THE DR BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT STOP BLEEDING. BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A NICE ROOM.

Location is great for walking in town. Beds were not comfortable. Bedding has holes in it and second bed the headboard was messed up.

Property needs attention

No tv service, for the price I think there should be available cable or dish tv included. Horrible Wi-Fi - same as tv needs to upgrade Wi-Fi for the price- dirty carpets and dishes in the cabinets. Tub in master bedroom cracked in the corner. Whole condo needs updated. Only saving grace it was convenient to the parkway.

Big Let Down

The condo was dirty. The is mold in the master bedroom which affected my wife's asthma along with water stains in the ceiling in the master bathroom. Cob webs were hanging from the outside of the master bedroom window as well as the building. There were food stains behind the garbage can and along side of the refrigerator. The TV constantly buffeted and internet service was poor. The location was ideal and the living room area was nice. There was constant communication from the property that was nice and the outside and parking lot were well lit and clean.

It’s okay...

Booked this condo for a last-minute vacation. It was literally the last condo available on VRBO. I normally would not give this place a 2nd look, but needed the vacation so we stayed here. Communication with rental company was great. Check-in was super easy. The condo was very clean. I listened to the reviews and packed a mattress topper. That saved the week. The master bed was hard as a rock. Luckily, I packed my own sheets. The sheets and towels were old and didn’t appear clean, but did smell clean. The 2nd bedroom bed was also quite hard. The master bedroom sink was broken and IMMEDIATELY addressed by maintenance. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all the necessities. The patio was very nice, but could use some comfier chairs. The pipes are old in this place. If two people flushed the toilets the pipes made a loud noise. Overall, the property was just okay. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was okay for the week. I think a couple of new mattresses, comforters, and towels would make it a lot nicer.

great location, poor wifi

condo was very clean and in a great location, we were able to walk to a few places. jacuzzi tub did not fill up past toes. master bath sink dripped all night and had to put towels in sink to mask the sound at night. tv's were streamed only which is completely fine if the WIFI was adequate. WIFI was NOT adequate at all.

This was an excellent location especially with the kids. I just have 2 negatives on this condo and that is the TV in living room would not work. The beds were very uncomfortable. But I would definitely stay there again.
