Main Level: The spacious bedroom is beautifully decorated, with new furnishings and comfortable mattresses so you can sleep soundly during your stay. It has a plush king-sized bed and clean, crisp cotton sheets for your ultimate comfort.

The luxurious primary bedroom offers a flat-screen TV, the perfect place to curl up with a good book. The private en-suite bathroom attached to this room has a walk-in shower.

The bath has fresh towels and a starter kit for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

Lower Level: It contains a one-size bunk bed that sleeps 2, and the sofa in the basement converts into a queen-sized bed to accommodate additional guests. This lower level is listed as the second bedroom in the photo tour. There’s a half bath on the basement floor of the home.

Rustic Modern cabin and sleek design welcome you when you enter the open-concept living room and kitchen area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. Brand-new GE stainless steel appliances and a spacious island make it easy to prepare meals. You’ll also find two coffee machines where you can enjoy fresh coffee every morning!

The kitchen opens onto the sleek dining area. A charming wooden dining table comfortably seats six. You’ll love the clean lines, high ceilings, plenty of windows, and new furniture to elevate your dining experience.

Sit back and relax in the cool comfort of the living room sofa or chairs. Plenty of seating is available, making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family. Watch a show on the 60” Smart TV (use your login). When you’re not watching TV, enjoy a good book. The fast wifi makes it easy to get work done during your stay.

Step out onto the main level deck in the morning and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while relaxing in one of the comfortable seats and listening to the sounds of the forest. Plan for the day, or sit back and watch the morning unfold. Fire up the gas BBQ grill to enjoy a good meal with your friends and family and unwind at the end of the day.

Through the lower deck, you’ll find a large hot tub with comfy wooden chairs to relax with your loved ones. Remember that the stairs from the lower deck will lead to steep slopes and wooded areas.


Remember, it's well water, so bring bottled water and ice. There may be occasional quirks, like a brownish tint in the water.

Stay connected using our strong WiFi, and unwind in the hot tub, keeping in mind it takes time to heat up, taking up to 12 hours or more.

This spacious home is in the perfect location for discovering Smoky Mountain! Ideally located in Sugar Mountain, it is just a 4-minute drive to the parkway. You can enjoy your peace while still being close to all the action and local restaurants and other attractions.

To enhance your protection, this property is equipped with two external motion-activated cameras featuring audio capabilities. The camera will be actively recording the following areas throughout the duration of your reservation:

- Front Porch and Entrance to the property
- Front Driveway & Parking space
- The staircase from the lower deck leads to the wooded area and crawlspace.

Please be assured that the camera is configured to respect your privacy and does not have visibility into any interior spaces.

The cabin is located on a paved, steep, winding road on Sugar Mountain, just off the main Parkway. Sugar Mountain Way is a looped road. This allows you to pull forward and drive around the loop to the main road if you do not want to back up your vehicle. We drive a Honda Odyssey minivan and have no issues getting to the cabin.

* In-climate weather in the Smoky Mountains may cause power, internet outages, or unpassable roads. We provide no refunds if the guest decides not to come.

* This cabin is in the Great Smoky Mountains, where a variety of wildlife lives. During your stay, you may see or hear wildlife such as insects, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and bears.


* To maintain comfortable temperatures on both levels of the home, an Ecobee Smart thermostat is installed in the main-level Living Room, and a temperature sensor is installed in the basement (above the Game Arcade).
