Welcome to your ultimate 1-bedroom getaway nestled in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee! With luxurious amenities including a private jacuzzi, outdoor hot tub (currently out of order), pool table, fully-stocked kitchen with a smart TV setup, your trip is guaranteed to be a winner from start to finish.

As you step inside the first floor, you’ll be welcomed by a warm and inviting open-concept living space, complete with a cozy sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for preparing meals and gathering with loved ones. Just off the living room, the private master bedroom offers the ultimate retreat, featuring a soothing jacuzzi tub for pure comfort and indulgence. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy your very own private hot tub (currently out of order), where you can relax under the stars after a day of adventure.

Head upstairs to the loft, where entertainment takes center stage. Challenge friends and family to a game of pool, or unwind in the game room that also includes a twin daybed, ideal for extra guests. This versatile space ensures fun for all ages.

- Having a personal vehicle is highly recommended in Pigeon Forge. It offers the most flexibility for visiting local attractions like Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains, and nearby Gatlinburg..

2. Rental Car:
- If you didn’t bring your own vehicle, consider renting a car. Several rental agencies are available in the area, providing a convenient way to explore at your own pace.

3. Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley:
- The Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley is an affordable and convenient option for getting around. The trolley has multiple routes that cover attractions along the Parkway, Dollywood, and parts of Sevierville and Gatlinburg. The nearest trolley stop is just a short walk from your location.

4. Taxi Services:
- Taxis are available throughout Pigeon Forge. Several local companies offer quick and efficient service to any destination within the area.

5. Ride-Sharing Services:
- Uber and Lyft operate in Pigeon Forge, offering another convenient way to travel around. These services are especially useful during busy tourist seasons when parking can be scarce at major attractions.

Please note, given the cabin's mountainous location, prepare for steep and potentially challenging driving conditions as you approach. It’s always a good idea to check weather conditions before your trip to ensure safe travel!

Note: Our property is nestled in the beautiful mountains, offering stunning views and a cozy retreat. During the winter months, weather conditions can make driveways, sidewalks, and decks slippery. Please use caution when entering or leaving the property. Ensure you have a reliable vehicle equipped for winter weather, as mountain roads may require 4WD or snow chains during heavy snowfalls.

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.

While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.

Please note that our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. In that case, please be sure to reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, all dogs are subject to approval. Management reserves the right to adjust the breed restrictions at any time. Please reach out to us first before booking to confirm if your pet can be accommodated.

Please note that our cabin is located in a mountainous, wooded area, and it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as beetles, ants, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and thorough cleanings, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural setting. Thank you for your understanding!

Holiday Check-In Policy
Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
