we really enjoyed it here. great location at the end of the busy part of pigeon forge. room was clean and comfortable. enjoyed the room hot tub very relaxing after long days in vacation. enjoyed the fireplace as well. breakfast was great. front clerk was always nice. house keepers never bother us once, but acknowledged us and offered assistance every morning. probably one of the best inns we’ve stayed in. we travel a lot and this was exactly what they posted online for service

Was just OK!!! Hard beds and nasty breakfast!

The location of the hotel was the best part the stay! The AC worked perfectly and the size of the room was nice. The breakfast was absolutely horrible! No juice and watery waffle mix! The sausage patty looked boiled and tasted like it too! The mattress was really hard. Will need a good trip to chiropractor after this stay.

Quite and relaxing

Clean room, great service. We loved the balcony and tub, made for a relaxing stay. Location was perfect for what we had planned. The breakfast selection was pretty good, loved the muffins and make your own waffles. Coffee in the room was a bit week, but the coffee with breakfast was good. Rifle coffee company was maybe 5 minutes away if you're needing a fancier coffee and was amazing too.

The breakfast really sucks you have limited options and everything is microwaved. The rooms are small we had to put the coffee pot in the bathroom cuz there was nowhere to put it. But the place is nice and quiet clean and the hot tubs was nice.
