Our room was wonderful! We loved the balcony too. Everything worked as it should. We had a nice amount on towels for our 2 day stay without having to ask for more. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of soft pillows. Room was clean and smelled fresh and clean as well. The air worked fantastic. If we had one complaint and it isn’t really bothersome. It would be that the guide on our tv remote didn’t work. But that wasn’t a big deal at all. We would definitely stay again.

Pigeon river inn is always clean, all the employees are friendly and wil get u anything u need if they can. Great place to stay we try to stay here every time we come to pigeon forge.

I enjoyed my stay in pigeon forge. The hotel did not have conditioner to go with the shampoo. The parking lot was full at night time so it was hard to find a spot. Breakfast was the same everyday, and there wasnt any orange juice but had other juices. The bathroom was very small for a family stay. The hotel was clean and front desk staff was helpful and kind. I felt safe in this area without and issues.

The mattresses on the beds are broken down and very uncomfortable. The least the owners could do is put memory foam toppers on these beds but really they all need replaced.
