Great location. easy to get to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge Parkway and Gatlinburg. it would be perfect with small kids. I downgraded the cleanliness- the floors and fridge and surfaces were clean, but the kitchen cabinets were sticky and not washed regularly. they were very responsive when I complained that the mattress in themaster was saggy- they got a new one in a few days. all the blinds are broken but they have ordered a replacement. Stayed there a month. lots of restaurant options and the Publix was very close. would recommend

Great Place to Stay

This was a great place to stay. The condo was fantastic and roomy. My kids loved it. The property manager was very pleasant to talk with. My only thing was the main bedroom mattress seemed a little saggy. But I am a big guy, so could just be me. Lol. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great location for everything you would want to do.

We had a great stay in this unit. It is close to many of the attractions to the point of being able to see the fireworks and drones from Dollywood from the front of the building. It also allows easy access to Teaster road that acts as a bypass from the main strip saving a lot of time getting from one end to the other. There were some minor issues that any one who has rented a VRBO knows that any shared living space would have. Many of which are listed in the April review revolving around the master bath. Such as a broken towel holder, drawer face coming off the vanity and a toilet lid that was installed incorrectly so it does not stay open. The master shower also has a slow drip when turned off but not enough to be heard. Also, any one renting this will need to know this is a middle floor condo and you are at the mercy of anyone staying in the unit above you. We had a family of heavy footed toddlers who were training for a marathon but we were gone most of the time and they quieted down by bed time. Again, many of these issues were minor and some even out of the owner's realm of influence. I even told them not to worry about the issues while we were there. This space was exactly what we needed to be able to have a room for my two boys separate from the wife and I, and plenty of common space for breakfasts and internet to keep the boys occupied while we got ready for the day. Also, never an issue parking in the covered parking deck and there were luggage carts.

minor grievances, easy for host to address

I’m not sure if this is a newly listed property in VRBO, or if it was recovering from a previous guest who did not take care of the property. It appeared the room was still being “put together” with minor repairs needed in the main bedroom/bathroom. The host was great at keeping up with communication, and let us know there was an HVAC issue prior to our arrival. The temp when we arrived was 79, but someone was there to address the issue within half an hour of us arriving. Later in the week, the host contacted us to be sure we were okay with another service tech coming to check out the unit. Concerns we had:The pull out couch did not have bedding, and we had to request this at 9:30pm when we realized there were none (it arrived by 10:15pm)There is access to an indoor pool, but pool towels are not providedThe back door code is not the same as the front door code (my husband locked himself out and had to walk all the way around the building and parking lot to get back in the front door.Laundry baskets were not provided- the service tech gave us some when he went into the host closet for the HVAC issue.The master bedroom bathroom had a few repairs that were needed (the drawer front was detached, the towel bar was missing, the tub faucet was leaking, and the sliding doors were hard to move).

Birthday getaway

We booked this condo for my 38th birthday getaway. We enjoyed how close it was to everything. The place was easy to find and navigate. The condo was clean and kid friendly. The parking garage was spacious easy to get in and out of. Overall, our experience staying here was simply amazing and we would be definitely booking it in the future.
