The whole hotel was clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed having a different “main option” each day. The balcony overlooking the river and the fireplace made the stay cozy and peaceful.

The rooms was nice and clean , I always check for bed bugs everything was very clean , the fireplaces was wonderful after 27 degree days ! The breakfast area was nice and clean and their breakfast was terrific . Staff was very nice also. We will stay here again

The room was in great condition, the staff was pleasant. The attic blast and freezing snow made it difficult getting around in the parking lot. Some markers should be in place to keep vehicles from entering or exiting the lot in the wrong place and getting stuck or causing damage to the property. The breakfast could be better the eggs are terrible, just my opinion.

We stayed in one of the king suites. The room was beautiful and immaculate, and the view was breathtaking. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful when we ask questions about where to go to eat and what to see on our one night in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was yummy and the staff were very nice.
