Come relax and unwind in over 4,000 Sq. Ft of luxury on beautiful Sandpoint peninsula overlooking Saginaw Bay.

Note going forward June, July and August full week rentals will be Friday to Friday.

This exquisite Mediterranean styled luxury lake house is perfect for a getaway with family and friends. It has a breathtaking floor to ceiling view of the beautiful sand beach and bay. Guests can also enjoy the view from 2 spacious master bedrooms and over 50 feet of private sandy beach. The nightly sunset is a must see while enjoying a private bonfire!

The exquisite furnishings and relaxed atmosphere creates a vacation paradise for any guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the kitchen essentials to make you feel at home. No need to worry about linens and towels, we provide those too! There is a washer/dryer available and guests can enjoy watching TV on 2 large flat screens along with internet WIFI access. We recently upgraded the internet service to a high speed offering from Comcast. The added amenities will ensure every guest enjoys their stay at the Luxury Lake House.

There are 2 TVs, one is located in the bonus room and one in the basement. Both TVs are equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks. You will have to use your own streaming subscriptions to watch live TV and any other streaming services.

The Top Level: 2 master bedrooms (queens) overlooking the bay. The top level also has two additional bedrooms (queen and 3 singles) along with bonus room over the garage (2 trundle beds, single bed – sleeps 5). The master bedrooms have private full bathrooms with showers. There is an additional full bathroom on this level with 2 sinks and private shower area.

TV in the Bonus Room, DVD with Streaming apps.

The Main Levels: Fully equipped entry level kitchen, bathroom, large sunken living room, wet bar area and walk out to the deck area with grill.

The Lower Level: Finished basement with flat screen, Amazon Fire Stick, Cable TV and full bathroom.

*** September 2019 we upgraded internet and added Comcast cable to the basement TV.

The Outdoor Areas: The outdoor patio area has chairs and dining table. The lower deck has lounge chairs and the beach area has chairs as well.

This home is conveniently located just a few miles southwest of Caseville, Michigan and about 23 miles southwest of Port Austin, Michigan. Crescent Beach Road is a quiet street on Sandpoint peninsula that juts out into Saginaw Bay. Caseville and Port Austin host numerous festivals throughout the year for guests to enjoy. There are also many water sports and sightseeing opportunities available. Below is a list of a few nearby attractions and activities.

Annual ladies weekend

This is a wonderful property. This is the second time our group of ladies has stayed here. It is very clean and well stocked. We did have the first 2 days with strong winds and rain and were unable to sit and enjoy the patio or by a warm fire. With the inside of the house being so nice we didn't mind staying in and enjoying our time together. I highly recommend a stay at this Magnificent Beach House on sand point near Caseville

Our stay at a beautiful home on Sande Point

The family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Because our family consisted of 12 people, we had to go and buy additional hand soap, kleenex, toilet paper, and paper towel. It would have been handy to have extra supply.

We had a great time at this house. Kayaker's delight right on the lake. Visited Turnip Rock in Port Austin as well. Owner was very helpful with any questions during our visit. Had colorful light shows and shooting stars off back deck, multiple nights during our visit. Great place for an active vacation or a relaxing vacation (or some of both).

This property was beyond wonderful!! We have rented other places in the area and none of them even compare to how beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed this house was. I could list all that this home offers, but it would be a novel! Our family had such a great time and plan to return in the future! A dream vacation

From the moment we entered the home we were all so happy we chose to stay here. The house is grand and spacious. We have a large family group of grandparents, their kids and the spouses, and then 5 grandkids. We never felt cramped- the room over the garage is a wonderful playroom for the kids and flows into the house. There are two laundry rooms. Everyone has space to relax and to play. Sitting in the back area watching the water is an incredible view. I cannot recommend this location enough. The property manager is professional and responds quickly. The home comes stocked with all towels and sheets, beach toys, paddle boards etc. The kitchen is a dream kitchen and cooking meals there was easy and fun. It has every pot, pan, and appliance you’d ever need. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Great place to stay on Saginaw Bay to have fun in the sun & water! Plenty of amenities to use in the kitchen & living areas. The 5 bedrooms worked well for our family stay. The weather in the evenings didn't work out for any campfires, but had plenty of things to do with the family being together. The only issues were very minor & can sometimes be expected in a rental (a tub & a sink drained a bit slow; found a couple cleaning items on arrival but were able to take care of with the assistance from the home contact, Fred). Overall, a great place for a vacation!

Another Christmas in Caseville

This was our fourth Christmas and fifth stay at this property. It has become an every other Christmas tradition for us. It is well situated for our purposes, roomy enough for all of us and a relaxing place to get together for the Christmas holiday.
