Inadequate temperature control, limited breakfast

We had rooms on the third floor. It was hot and stuffy. The hallways on the third floor also very hot. The window AC worked, but not enough to bring the temp down to a comfortable temperature. Two night stay, both nights the same overheated. Very simple breakfast also, mostly pre packaged

The luggage carrier needs to go to the dump. Wheels are wobbly or loose, unable to get it loaded into the hotel and elevator without taking a run at the opening to get it over the uneven floor. There was black stuff on the caulking in the corner of the bath tub. The table in the sitting area was dirty with food stuck to it. The room door was way heavier than other hotel room doors. The bedding was clean.

Over all comfort is pretty good, but cleanliness is not that great, we stayed at room#304 and our concern is lack of bath towels, we are four but there is only one towel in the room, I call the front desk and ask for three more, but when I went to pick it up at the front desk , the lady who was there is not friendly at all. She is not so accomodating and unfriendly, not smiling at all even when I smile at her. Room #304 shower should be clean more. The tiles in the shower is disgusting, there is some kind of mold or I think dirt that was stuck in between tiles, I will recommend to clean it with bleach. Pour some bleach in a paper towel , stick it in between tiles and let it soak for a while.

Interms of payments was a little bit cheaper ,it was good but theres no swimming pool.and the laundry you need to pay suppose to be free like the other hotel.they have hot tub but too small. Free breakfast but as a Asian food was not for me
