Spacious mountain home

Spacious home and a relaxing mountain retreat. This quiet, serene home is only 2 minutes to Hwy 285 and centrally located from Denver to your favorite mountain playground. Great local restaurants to choose from and grocery stores only 10 minutes away.

Our beautiful home offers you privacy, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The office has a sofa bed with a half bath next to it so you can use it as an optional bedroom. The Large wrap around deck allows you to comfortably enjoy the wildlife. Deer love our property. We have a young buck that makes his bed under our deck.

Beyond the grove of pines is a meadow with a seasonal stream that our property backs up to. Each room is expansive and can easily accommodate extra air mattresses for additional people per room. The large kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals. We provide complimentary tea and coffee. Our hope is that you will feel like this is your own private mountain paradise.

Nearby Locations: Various wedding venues; about a 5 min drive to Mountain View Ranch and Lower Lake Ranch, 10 min drive to Deer Creek Valley Ranch, and 15 min to Red Barn in Evergreen. Some nearby Ski resorts are about 20-30 min drive to Winterpark and Breckenridge.

Update: We upgraded the bedding with a total of 2 king size beds, 4 queens, and 2 fulls. We have also added a baby crib and an additional TV in the master bedroom.

Notice: We have one security camera in front of the garage, one at the entrance, and one on the back patio. They will be on during your stay.

We stayed in the house to celebrate New Year with friends and family. The house was ready to have us. Rooms were clean and decorated, kitchen fully equipped, games for the kids were available, thermostats were set to the right temperature, instructions were available, etc. Also, the view was amazing and interesting places were not far from the house. It was the best house we have ever rented. We were especially pleased by the hostess's care.

The property was amazing. Maya was very attentive answered all questions called to check in to see if everything was OK. I wished I could’ve met her. She seemed simply lovely. Beautiful house with lots of room!

My daughter got married at Mountain View Ranch with Wedgwood in August and this house was perfect for my whole family to stay at. The bridesmaids all got ready in the master bedroom which had plenty of room for 9 bridesmaids to get makeup and hair done before going over to the venue. We loved the back porch with the round tables and chairs, and the living room was large enough for our family of 14 to hang out in at night. Mia was very good at communicating with us. If I had a question I could call her and she always answered. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking with lots of spices and pots and pans and utensils. We used the grill on the deck each day as well. There is a high chair, a booster seat, a pack n play, and a crib. There was a table for 8 in the kitchen and another large table in the dining room as well. We were able to park 5 vehicles on the drive and parking area without blocking anyone in. The only thing we worried about was that the AC that was listed is not central air but two floor units in the living room and master bedroom. We came on an unusually hot day in August when it was in the 80’s so the house didn’t cool down till around 6 the first day. After that, the temperatures dropped to the 70s, so it wasn’t a problem. And the next 10 days showed that the temperatures would be in the 70s or 60s for the highs which was mid August. Opening the windows and using their fans in each room kept the house very comfortable.

We really liked the property. It worked for our family of 8 adults and 2 babies. Owner was responsive and helpful. House was incredibly clean though the cleaning fee was high when we was asked to strip beds, start laundry and dishwasher. The rug in front room does need replaced. A pet peeve of mine is the high end houses that have thin bath towels.Thanks to the owner who let us check in early.

Great Stay in Pine, Colorado.

Our family of 12 had a great four nights at the Spacious Mountain Home near Pine, Colorado. We arrived on a Monday and were immediately impressed with this home, especially the huge deck. We spent a lot of time on this deck enjoying the mountain scenery. The home has a fantastic kitchen which had all the necessary utensils, pans, dishes and silverware. One nice thing about this house was a second refrigerator which allowed us to store all the food we had brought. The bedrooms were all nice and the beds were comfortable. One unique feature of this house is a large waterfall fountain in the center of the home. The area provided our group some great hiking and biking trails. Highly recommend Mai's home in Colorado. Mai was very helpful in making our stay very successful.

Wonderful Stay

Great family vacation at a great location. Easy access to multiple state parks while also having convenient access to grocery stores, coffee houses and restaurants. Host was very receptive and responsive and even allowed us to check in early since the property was ready to go. House could use a little updating but was functional and comfortable for our group of 16. Definitely a positive experience.

Excellent Listing and Owner Communication

Family reunion of 15 people. House was large, had great amenities, well situated to numerous activities, and owner, Mai, was great on communication. We've been at a lot of different AirB&Bs and VRBOs and this one has been the best. I was very happy with Mai, the owner, and her consistency of communication. We will certainly give this home first choice for another reunion.
