VIVALIDAYS GRECO HOUSE has a capacity for 6 people, with a private swimming pool and free WiFi.



House located in the highly prestigious urbanisation in Maresme, Pinemar, one of the best in Pineda de Mar.



The house is situated in the middle of the plot, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a swimming pool which can be accessed from any point on the ground floor.

Quiet and sunny, it makes it perfect for resting, sunbathing or simply cooling off on warm summer days.



The layout of the house is as follows:

From the main door we access the ground floor where you will find:

- spacious living-dining room.

- kitchen integrated into the living-dining room.

It has everything essential to enjoy a few holiday days, glasses, plates, pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. It also has the latest range of appliances. This space occupies the heart of the home, to its right you will find a large window that will lead you to an outdoor dining area with barbecue, and on the left side you can access the swimming pool.

The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

- bedroom 1: 1 double bed type suite with shower

- bedroom 2: 2 single beds with wardrobe.

The blinds are electric and must be used responsibly.

From this distributor we access the second floor via stairs where you will find an open space with 2 single beds, 1 sofa, television and a large terrace-solarium with a pergola to enjoy outdoors.



The house does not have air conditioning, but by opening the terrace doors a small sea breeze blows. Additionally, each room has a fan.



You can park your car right in front of the house without any problem.



Greco House is just 10 minutes from the centre and 15 minutes from Pineda de Mar beach. A wide beach with white sand, which makes it the ideal home for spending excellent holidays.



The house is close to many services, such as a Carrefour supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and a wide variety of shops.



In Pineda de Mar you will find good restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds.

Pineda de Mar is a very quiet and family-friendly town with parks for children and a beautiful seafront promenade ideal for walking during the day and night.



The great variety of activities for the whole family, from mountain hikes, horse rides, bicycle hire, kayaks in July and August and much more, make it the ideal house for spending excellent holidays.



The house is perfectly connected by bus and train.

With trains to Barcelona - Girona and airport every 30 minutes.

Access from the Maresme C32 motorway, Pineda de mar exit 1 Km; train 1.5 km away.

Barcelona and Girona airports 35 km away.



I recommend going to the Pura Brasa Restaurant, which is just a 3-minute walk from your house, a delight for the palate.



The property is totally available for the guest. In it, they will find a small guide with all the information about the house and the town, where to shop, supermarkets, banks, transport... as well as all the tourist information about the region.



Use of the Barbecue: The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to fire risk.



- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



Persons on the property:

· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.



Check-in:

· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.



. The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

- Option to deliver keys at the accommodation. Must be requested 48 hours in advance before the check-in day. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery, at the accommodation, due to causes beyond Vivalidays' control.

· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Deposit of 500 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.



Cleaning:

. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.



· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.



. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.



. No beach towels are provided.
