Great Location...other small issues

Great Location and some wonderful updates to property. Hard to figure out how to check in as the listing said "contact owner". Had wireless internet issues that were quickly resolved by the owner with good communication. The house had some nice updates but screen door to front of house was busted and the hinge was loose and easy to run into and get injured. Rat traps throughout the house didn't exactly give you a wonderful feeling. No sheets on the bed as it was just a comforter. Movie projector said "lamp life exceeded on the screen" and it took time to figure out how to cancel the message. Kitchen was not very well equipped. Pollen everywhere (I get it that it was spring but so easy to track into the house upon arrival.

Property has potential

Great location. Great potential. Property needs deep cleaning, clean patio screens and ceiling fan; major updates, new windows, new kitchen cabinets, new closet and bedroom doors, sectional furniture in great room, new towels, and seal kitchen floor/cabinet interface to prevent palmetto bugs from entering. Also cannot run outside lights when using garbage disposal or else will trip circuit breaker.

Perfect For Adult Guests

This property and it’s management, were perfect for our needs. Clear and concise information with photos that accurately represented the property and they even managed to arrange perfect weather for us. Any Email was answered in minutes and a request to replace the propane tank was handled quickly and seamlessly. The biggest bonus was the screened in porch that served as a conversation room and office for hours. Thank you Rudy

Lovely house

Very enjoyable few days for 2 couples at this lovely house. Great location in a quiet cul de sac that overlooks the tee and fairway of Pinehurst #3, hole #12. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog. Close to everything at the Pinehurst Resort which was just wonderful for the golfers in the group. The spa at the resort was fabulous. The house is fairly well equipped and very comfortable. Huge television and pool table in the great room was fun. The owner/property manager arranged tee times at 3 different courses and was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Above and Beyond

We could not have been more pleased with staying in this beautiful home. The pictures are extremely accurate. Our multi generational family of 10 never felt cramped. The home is designed with a very open floor plan. The screened in porch was our favorite and the kids loved the pool table - it kept them entertained during down time. We also enjoyed watching movies on the BIG, BIG screen. Ruby and Navneen answered all of our questions and responded promptly. We were able to play Pinehurst #4, which was a great experience for the golfers in the family. Ruby and Navneen went above and beyond to make our stay at Pinehurst absolutely amazing. We can’t thank them enough. You can’t go wrong in booking their updated, well equipped home.

I was surprised....

Nice home. I had no problems operating the large projection screen TV or the flat screens in each room and the kitchen area. Point of clarification: All our guest were able to watch different things in each room using ROKU & Netflix. It’s only the cable channel that would be the same in each room. There is a washer & dryer and extra refrigerator with 1/2 bath. We will stay here again!

Ruby was wonderful to work with. Very helpful arranging tee times and quick to respond to requests. House is conveniently located and in a very nice and quiet area. Could use a few light bulbs and a few other details to make it to 5 stars.

Comfortable stay

House was perfect for us. The pool table is in very good condition (my husband says it's leveled), and the home theater is fun for watching sports and movies. Kitchen island is very large for preps and gatherings, and there is a second fridge in laundry room perfect for drinks. Renters interested in cooking should checkout the pantry first before buying grocery, since there are lots of spices and condiments left from previous renters. Instead of a single book of house rules and how-to's, we like that there are TV operating directions in each room, and the checkout info easily visible on the kitchen table. Owner Ruby was very responsive and accessible via text. We will definitely rent this house again.

Amazing Home

We stayed at this home on a golf trip. The house is large and has tons of space to spread out as a group. The huge projector TV is a clear win - we watched the final four in full glory. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms updated and kitchen stocked with everything you'd need. The home is ideally located next to #3. We played number #4, #2 and #9 and the main clubhouse is only 5 mins away. Ruby was very quick to respond to messages and even allowed us to check out late after playing another round of golf. Would highly recommend this place to families or golf buddies!

Great fit for a couple of foursomes

Ruby’s home was awesome! Perfect for our golf adventure in the Pinehurst area. Cooked up big breakfasts, golfed all day, grilled dinners overlooking Pinehurst fairway, watched Happy Gilmore on the giant home theater screen!, and slept comfortably all night! What more could you ask for.....? how about Ruby setting us up with Tee Times at the famed Pinehurst golf resort!!!!!!! Thanks Ruby. Same time next year😎

Great house!

Clean, well appointed and a great location right on the 12th tee box of Pinehurst #3. The weather was not cooperative for golf this trip, but the house was so nice it didn’t matter. The pool table and huge TV were fun diversions while we waited for the rain to clear. Beds were super comfy. We will definitely come back.

We loved the open floor plan and the technology upgrades in the home. The beds were comfortable and it was located in a great area. The pool table was great for family time. We also took advantage of the good weather and used the gas grill. The only things we would have changed is for more care to be taken cleaning the showers and changing light bulbs in the home. Overall it is a great rental home.
