Relax with family and friends at this cozy cabin in the beautiful White Mountains. Enjoy cool evenings around the campfire or an afternoon rain storm from the comfort of the covered back deck. Come experience everything the area has to offer including kayaking, fishing, hiking, endless UTV trails, mountain biking, Sunrise Ski Resort, and so much more.
The space
Well maintained and clean home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to the forest. Clean well maintained home offered at a competitive rate.
Guest access
The home includes master bedroom with queen bed, private 1/2 bath, and walk in closet. Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, walk in closet, and is right next to the hall bathroom. Bedroom #3 currently has a fullsize bed and is on the opposite side of the house which makes it the ideal place for kids or grandparents who may want some separation. In the front of the house is a comfortable living room with a fireplace. the back of the house is the kitchen, dining, and laundry room. The total square footage is 1275ft².
Other things to note
The home is clean and well cared for and is offered at a competitive rate for budget minded people. I have plans to update the interior in the next 12 months to bring out the homes potential.
