Property was great. Good size. Loved the full size bunk beds. Appliances were not great. Coffee maker didn't work (needs descaled). Dishwasher was super loud while running. Ther p on the bunk bed that

It was okay not great not bad. Needs some more cleaning and things need fixing. A little bit of attention and it will be a great place, a little bit less and not so great. I left a day and half early. Because it wasn’t that great.

So not clean

I have stayed in many VRBO's and this one was the dirtiest I have ever been in. The first day we were there I had to clean something on the floor in the kitchen with a paper towel and the towel was black. I then went to other parts of the floor and the whole floor was discussing. The whole house was very dirty. If you want something that is clean then don't stay at this place. If they would put some money into this place it could be a nice place to stay. We even talked to neighbors and they said the place is in very bad condition. We will be going back to Pinetop next year but will be finding a different place. Just saying this is not a clean place to stay.

Less than desirable

The property itself is in ok shape, everything a bit worn. It should specifically state in the VRBO description that the house has no AC as the upper level gets extremely hot and ventilation is poor, making windows hard to access and cooling of the condo for sleeping at night impossible. One of us had to sleep out on the couch to access airflow. When we arrived, bed on lower level was not made, additionally the bathroom on lower level had a clogged drain which made showering challenging. Use of hot water in upstairs bathroom caused high pitched noise to emanate from plumbing. I initially made communication with Vacasa management company only to discover I was likely chatting with an AI-generated support line which offered no resolution. In the end Vacasa offered "partial" refund of cleaning fee. I think additional refund of at least one night would have been much more appropriate.
