Located in Piriac-sur-Mer, just 150 metres from the beach and 3 km from the town centre, this furnished house with ocean views is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It can accommodate up to 4 people and features a large garden, an equipped terrace and a barbecue to fully enjoy the beautiful days. Between beaches, walks along the coastal path, water activities and local discoveries, the region will seduce nature and ocean lovers.



Take the stairs leading to the terrace, then push the entrance door to discover, on your right, a large, bright living area of nearly 40 m². A bay window opens onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying beautiful days. The open kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook with ease. For your breakfasts, a kettle and a Senseo coffee maker are also available. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people and relax in the living room, equipped with a sofa, a coffee table and a television.



The two rooms, located to the left of the entrance, offer a beautiful sea view. Each has a double bed and storage spaces for a stay in complete comfort.



At the back of the accommodation, you will find a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet.
