The breakfast that was provided was inexcusably poor considering the price. We stayed in seven other hotels in Tuscany so we were able to compare. Dry buns in cellophane won't do. There is an attractive breakfast room that isn't used. Why not provide guests with some fresh pastries as so many other establishments do? We were disappointed.

Tough steps for suitcases

This is described as b&b but be aware it’s totally self serve with remote code access. There is steep steps up and no elevator and no ice. Good location

Brilliant hotel

What an amazing hotel/BnB - the location is perfect everything is within 15 minute walk, the room was super clean and had everything we needed. Great information provided by the hosts prior to arrival and during our stay. I cannot fault anything with the hotel definitely deserves 5 stars!
