Eagleview 42 Acre Mountain Top w/free Biltmore Pass

Welcome to Eagleview with 42 acres on top of the world near Brevard. This property has been our family for generations and we have been fortunate to live here for many years. The views here rival the Blue Ridge Parkway. Come prepared for the vacation of a lifetime as you enjoy the many miles of hiking trails on the property, and sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets that bless our home. FREE activities including Biltmore, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, Snow Tubing and Axe Throwing.

The first thing you'll notice when you enter is the huge natural stone wood burning fireplace that is the centerpiece of the living room. We love the open floor plan that connects the living area, kitchen and dining room. The entire far wall of the main level is devoted to windows so you can enjoy the view from anywhere. The view will draw you to the front of the house where you can step outside on the deck or the screened porch. The gas grill and outdoor seating area are perfect for cookouts and gathering with family and friends.

The master suite is on the main level and you will enjoy the comfortable bed, the luxurious bathroom and the outdoor deck. Head downstairs where you will find two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with a day bed. There is a fire pit and patio just outside one of the lower level bedrooms, and a large lawn gives way to a wooded area and the beginning of many trails. Go forward along the trail and you will find the beautiful natural stone ledge where we have installed some additional seating. It's the perfect place to enjoy some serenity and peace as you revel in the quiet beauty of the view, especially during sunrise and sunset.

This home is private and secluded, yet close enough to Brevard to be convenient. Bring your bikes and your hiking gear because you will want to explore all the outdoor spaces nearby. We are minutes from the entrance to Pisgah National Forest and miles of scenic road biking. Our home actually backs up to DuPont State Forest (location of the first Hunger Games movie). Gorges State Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, Hendersonville and the Biltmore House are all an easy day trip from our location. Come enjoy all the local restaurants, breweries, music and activities our area has to offer.

From the moment you drive up and look through the house to see the mountains, wow! The grounds are well kept and the house comes with so many welcoming amenities for a wonderful stay. I was impressed by the wood and starter box provided for an easy fire in the fireplace.

Oasis on Mountain top

This home was really great. The views are superior. Well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed everything about this home. Downside:Check in at 4 pm unless you want to pay an additional 49. Check out at 10 am and they ask you to strip all beds and start the wash. This homes fees were more than the nightly costs. So no I won’t be running around and stripping the beds and doing laundry. For the amounts paid, the management company can do it or give us until 11am to check out. Family of 8.

Could just look out the window all day and be happy!

The property was clean and well-appointed, and the property management company was easy to work with. The view from the back side of the house is simply amazing—we were not too very high up (3000 feet?) yet well above the clouds over the valley below. It really is an Eagleview. We look forward to visiting again.

Amazing views and very comfortable house. Well worth the steep and twisting dive up the mountain.

Ideal location to get to HVL and Brevard for outings. We also enjoyed staying in this comfortable house. Great porches and decks; lots of windows.

The best rental ever

Unbeatable view

Pictures don't do the view justice! The house itself was very clean and well equipped too. You can see the view from pretty much any room, and all of the outdoor seating options were a nice addition. It's very peaceful and serene up there. Would 10/10 stay again. Thanks for having us!

Perfection!!

This rental was perfect. The location is outstanding, far from noise and activity. Very serene. The view is exquisite. I couldn’t get enough of the view and hope to return for a longer stay. The house is very nice and has almost everything you could need. I needed a tea kettle but made do with a simple pot - not a problem. The ride from the house to the entrance road takes about 8+ minutes but is soooo worth it! I like privacy and seclusion on my vacations and this house provides both. An excellent property that I can’t recommend enough.

My Happy Place

From our entry to our exit we were amazed at the beautiful setting of the house and the landscape. Everything was truly breathtaking from the well manicured yard to the very clean house. We shopped the local market and I cooked fresh garden veggies every night. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We saw deer and a white squirell but no bears. I would highly recommend this rental to someone looking for a relaxing get away. If you like sitting there is a lot of sitting spaces outside as well as a grill and fire pits. If you like to take walks there is a pretty long drive that you can stroll down that is lined with Oleander trees. I believe this rental will become my new happy place as we enjoyed the quiet time which was much needed.

Amazing place

We adored staying here! The views are spectacular and the house was very clean and inviting. There was so much room to spread out. We adored every moment. We had everything we needed and it was very private and relaxing. My only complaint is there was a very territorial cardinal when we stayed that woke us up every single day at 4am with its relentless window slamming but that is out of the hosts control 😆

Mountaintop beauty

Beautiful home at the top of a mountain. Fabulous vistas, lots of hiking options and some fun mountain biking nearby. If you are looking to get off the grid ( but the house does have wi-fi) and enjoy natures and enjoying a peaceful retreat, you have found it.

Spectacular home with views!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property. One of the best long-range mountain views we have ever had at a vrbo in the Blue Ridge area; and we have stayed at a lot of places. Fabulous open floor plan living and kitchen area, all with unobstructed views. Highly recommend!
