Lighted beach access stairs are just a minute's stroll down our charming street and Downtown Pismo is easily and quickly accessed by foot from the beach access or the upper street sidewalks. This comfy home is perfect for a family getaway. Get the best of both worlds at this location, in between the bustling downtown area of Pismo and the quiet beach vibes of Shell Beach.

Nice area but the upstairs bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and the bottom bedroom smelled of mildew and the curtain rod on the door is bent and spiders and spiderwebs in all rooms Just needs a little cleaning and repairing. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Loved this location but the VRBO listing changed the price which was a little upsetting. When you book be sure the exact cost. Won’t be using for our next family trip.

Experience was great but when we had issues repair guy came out brought fans which was awesome but we had a broken couch he looked at it said he didn’t bring right stuff to fix it and would be back never came back kitchen needs to get organized had issues with TV Beach Bum said they would send someone No one showed had to call spectrum our self and got it figured out no mop head for mop

Steps away from the beach.

This house was in a great location. A short walk and you are at the stairs down to the beach. The beach is far enough away from all the tourists by the pier that you have lots of room to spread out. The house also has stairs so I wouldn't stay here if you had someone that would struggle with lots of stairs.

Annual Family Xmas Getaway

This property is very conveniently located to downtown and the beaches and has a good floor plan. Cleanliness was an issue, however. Sofa pull out beds were dirty, stained and worn and need to be replaced. Beds were okay, just too soft and springy. Fireplace did not work. There weren’t enough blankets, sheets and pillow cases so we stripped the beds to accommodate our family. There were no kitchen towels. The positive part is that Management did respond quickly and addressed some of these issues. Additionally, the kettle in the kitchen was rusted with mold inside, very disgusting. There were various kitchen dishes but cooking spoons were flimsy and burnt and needed replacement. Our family can see this as a fun place to be with some upgrade and much improved housekeeping. Half stars are not an option as we would like to give 3 1/2 stars for this place.
