Photos do not represent the actual conditions. Host should take extra care for garbage infront of the main door, no lid, strong bad smell, full of grass on entrance.AC was not working and sent text messages for two times.Except AC and front door garbage problem, interior looks reasonable. Host can take care of bed room net or curtain or blind, no privacy. Also, it is not difficult to fix toilet yellowish marks. Host can provide reasonable clean towel and garbage bags. First bedroom frame was noisy, it can be fix easyli. I put three stars mainly for AC & infront of main door open garbage management which was not even clean for many days.
This place has potential to be a very nice place to stay. It is a cute little apartment; however, the AC was not working. It was over 80 degrees downstairs and well over 90 degrees upstairs in the bedrooms. There was dust and dead bugs everywhere. There were no garbage bags, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, and when we wiped the kitchen counter off upon arrival the paper towel was black. We always clean a bit before staying anywhere so none of that bothered us as much as the AC not working. Tried reaching out to the host via message and phone, leaving several voicemails and never got a response. It was so unbearably hot that we even started looking for hotels to go to, but due to the concert in town and pirates games, they were too expensive so we had no choice but to deal with it. I understand that stuff happens and things quit working, but the lack of communication from the host is what really upset us.
