It took more than two hours from the time I arrived at the residence to the time that I was able to actually enter my room. This is unacceptable. Communication about getting a key that worked required fifteen (15!!!) phone calls with a call center in Asia. Two hours and fifteen calls just isn't good enough.
This property is exceptional! We came to town for my grandmotherâs funeral and I really wanted a place to stay where I could separate myself and not fall apart in front of my children. We had a 2 bedroom and it gave us plenty of space. The full kitchen allowed us to order groceries and feed our children some of their favorite comfort foods during the winter storm. I had a small hiccup during check in but the customer service representative quickly fixed the issue. Every time reached out to a representative of this property I was always met with a quick response and kindness. The accommodations were immaculate. I was hesitant to book this property but in the future I will not be. 10/10 highly recommend!
When I was searching for places to stay on hotels.com, I filtered it to only show me places that would not charge ahead of time and where I could pay on arrival. This place showed up in my list, it said I would be charged $0 to book, and yet I was still charged the full amount upon reservation. This was weeks before my actual check in date. Then I was immediately hit with a bunch of emails asking me to fill out paperwork and the emails kept coming! So I opened it up and then I started to read all of the ridiculous rules including a rule that you canât have any guests. No hotel would have such a crazy rule. I tried to cancel but it said the last day to have received a refund was the day before ⊠this was a month before my reservation and I would get no refund! So I had no choice but to keep the booking. Then they wanted me to do an entire ID verification. Something Iâve never had to do for any other booking and I travel frequently. I didnât have time for all that so I kept getting reminder messages. I found it quite annoying. I did the ID bit about 3 days before my arrival. When it came to my arrival day, I got there and the key code wasnât working. I called and they didnât answer when I called. I ended up texting and got a reply that way and got a new code. Then the elevator was broken. Apparently the elevator is frequently broken in that building. Then the WiFi password they gave me was incorrect. It had a typo in it and they had to text me the right one.
Too expensive for two nights in an area where you arenât near anything and the heat and door is broken. Despite in a luxury apartment thereâs no sense of community.
Simply amazing! From the day we booked to the end of the stay they were reaching out to us to make sure everything was great. They even allowed us to check in earlier because we got in a bit earlier than we expected. The apt was absolutely gorgeous, clean and well kept. Getting in and out was a breeze, a great parking garage with over night parking next door. The train station was right across street, and downtown Pittsburgh is a few steps away! We would be staying here again for sure and you should too.
