The young man at the reception was extremely polite and helpful (Farid). The check in and out were both quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint that I have was the heat/AC. We could not turn the fan off and it was very, very loud. We finally found a way to manually turn it off by looking under the unit and finding the switch so that we can get some sleep.

My room did not have a alarm or clock at all. The carpet was a bit sticky and looked dirty. Outside my window were a big group of loud people at 10:30 pm Took 2 calls to front desk to have them go out there and see.
