Me and my party very much liked our stay here at this hotel! It was in walking distance from PPG Paints Arena which was a huge plus. Checking in was a little rough because of how loud it was in the lobby and apparently our room wasn't ready yet (even though we were there after check in time). But we got complimentary drink cards which were a huge plus, our room was clean and nice, the valet parking was convenient and the dinner and breakfast buffets were lovely. One complaint I have is the elevators, as there are only 2 elevators for guest and several floors, so during breakfast time we ended up taking the stairs 6 floors down after trying to wait for an elevator for 5 minutes. All in all this hotel is perfect if you have events close by and has many amenities to take advantage of.

Drury is wonderful!! The staff were all super polite and helpful! Location is fabulous to get pretty much anywhere in the city without a vehicle. Love the kickbacks and breakfast buffet! We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay for our concert at Acrisure. We were unable to use our drink tickets and take advantage of the dinner buffet, but it’s a great perk that they offer.

Top notch hotel

The Drury was located in a great part of the city. It was clean, welcoming, and the employees were amazing. Very attentive, polite, eager to please, and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again when in Pittsburgh.

Nice hotel. Valet parking is extra. This was second time we stayed. First time we had a suite with nice street view. Second time was interior room with view of a wall. Breakfast and dinner are good. All amenities are nice.
