The check in process was smooth and the attendant at the front desk was very cordial and offered assistance at the ready. The pool was a little chilly but perfect size for kids to hang out in. Everything was clean. No issues. Breakfast was beyond anything I expected. Would definitely recommend

The room, 207, was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of noise in the hallway as well as the room above and beside us. There was a constant clicking noise coming from the heater. When we loaded the car at 4:30 this morning our keys would not let us back in the hotel and we called the front desk repeatedly with no one present.

I booked at this hotel 2 hours before I had to cancel, due to a medical procedure cancellation out of our control. Expedia refuses to give me my $100 back. The hotel manager was very polite and said they had no way to refund me - it was all up to Expedia. Very disappointed in Expedia!

Enjoyable Stay

Our stay was great! The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was good. The grandkids said, “We could live here forever.” One thing I will note - the pool area has multiple signs posted stating that the floor is slippery when wet. And it is! Any flooring around a pool will be wet. Maybe choose a flooring that IS NOT slippery when wet.

We came to the area i grew up in and i knew i was home. Easy on and off of the interstate and close to some restaurants. The lobby was decorated for the Steelers' season and we were warmly greeted by the front desk lady. The entire hotel was very clean. I finally knew i was "Home " in the Pittsburgh area when i saw kielbasa sausage for breakfast. I know i will be using this hotel on my future visits.
