The bed was the worst....like spings were poking up . We both had terrible backaches every morning. The room was pretty out dated. The pool was very cloudy. And the steps to get down into pool are very steep and only one hand rail to get into pool. Which made it very difficult for a senior citizen and scary to get in and out of pool. Each step is too high and only 3 steps...the pool needs work. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and alot of choices. And overall the rooms and all of hotel area were clean....

Nice place but beds were too soft

The front desk person was friendly and check in was good. The main issue was that the beds were way too soft for our liking. We couldn't get any relief from the long drive on those beds. Also the walls were thin and we could hear a lot of noise from the other guests.

The hotel was clean and organized. However, hotels are the poster child for "hospitality." The counter staff checked us in but were on the unfriendly side (no smiles, no greeting, no "enjoy your stay." It goes a long way to just greet and smile. Also, it is nice to be welcomed warmly after a 12 hour drive. Same thing with check out, no greeting and no smile.

The area was a great location overall. We had a newly renovated room however there was no power to the ac unit and at 1:30 am they were trying to figure it out. The couldn’t find the breaker to turn it on. By the time it was fixed and the room was cool enough to sleep in it was 3:00 am. Night staff was not that great. No compensation for the inconvenience.
